“Amazing pet store/groomers. We have in the past purchased items for our frenchie from food to shampoos and etc. Today I was originally going to call to see if they can take a walk in nail trimming and inquire about grooming services for a later time (I was fed up and done with our past groomers ). Not only they took in my dog day of for nail trimming but also made accommodations to get him groomed as well! They were so kind and knowledgeable with every question I had, I’m very cautious with my Frenchie and they made me feel safe and told me what is recommended and best for my dog which I loved! They communicated with me how he was and what extactly was used during drop off and pickup , they helped me book again to even save more money. BIG shout out to Katie! She did amazing on my Frenchie skin/coat. His paws are so soft, he looked and felt so amazing. First time I’ve ever felt that he was truly properly cared for and the work they did was truly worth every coin I spent. They had a fizz tab and other items that I haven’t seen other groomers offer/have for services + the pricing for what you get is really amazing. My frenchie came out smiling! It made my day how professional and kind they were with my dog and how they were able to recommend what’s actual best for my dog and not just try to up sell me like my last groomers.Also to the other groomer with the purple hair, thank you so much for checking us in! They both definitely deserve an award for the amazing customer service.Absolutely if you want an elevated, knowledgeable and gentle groomer who’s actually open and have custom packages for your dog please book! They have online coupons and punchcards to help you save more money on future purchases/services. Online account is so easy to rebook your services.”

“Very pleased with this location we've been visiting them for a while, and they've never let us down. They always manage to make my dog Apollo look like a brand-new dog and smell fantastic for days! I'm not sure if this is because of his breed, but my dog stinks! I trust these groomers exclusively. (I used to bring his dad in Bandit; he was a really vicious dog, but they managed to trim his hair quite nicely and didn't fuss over my dog biting them.) “My wife & I took our boxer (Rylie) yesterday morning for a much needed bath. This was our first time bathing her out side of the house. We had a great experience. Splash Splash had all the products needed!”

“My fave groomer left. But this store have a Petco zoo! They have baked goods counter and birthday treats and swags for sale. Refrigerated dog food are available also. From name tag machines, puppy teether bones, leash, toys, food containers, dog beds and bowls, they have it all. Including an in-store per veterinary clinic. My only complaint is that sometimes when they do the nails on grooming they don't finesse the details. Other than that, you can see lots of pets being taken here and wide variety of pet products.”

“*** BE WEARY OF WHICH ANIMAL RESCUE YOU'RE GETTING YOUR ANIMAL FROM.
All adopted animals should be taken to your own vet immediately. We love our new little dude but he surprisingly came with an additional vet bill. He had a fungal ear infection that required 10 days of eardrops and requires dental work with a potential $3000 bill. Adopted animals should come with a basic clean bill of health. His ear infection was visible with the naked eye but his dental work should have been disclosed at or before adoption. It's not ok to adopted out a financial burden or an animal with a potentially reduced life span.

New kitty is fitting in well
We adopted our new little guy, Dr. Guy Furrious here a week ago and it was an easy process. The adoption came with a coupon book, flea treatment and bag of dry food and a case of wet food. He settling in nicely and we couldn't be happier.
This store also has the nicest staff.”
