Really disappointed by my recent visit. I went in for nails and pedicures with my daughter... My nails were not shaped how I wanted them and my pedicure was severely lacking in quality - I paid for a deluxe pedicure, but didn't get any massaging, no hot towel exfoliation, and the gal just smoothed out the dead skin on my heels but didn't try to actually remove the dead skin. The prices were extremely high in my opinion ($25 just to paint glitter polish on fingernails in an ombre effect, which I didn't know until after they were finished doing it). On top of it all, the staff rushed us out of the shop even though they weren't supposed to close for another 30 minutes. Made me feel like I was an imposition, rather than a paying customer.

Weekday review One of my bestfriend and I went to the Salon on rainy Wednesday afternoon. It was around 3:30 and it wasn't as busy as I thought. However, they were kind enough to accommodate us when I called ahead and they got us scheduled for both mani pedi and a facial. I really like all the color options they had. Vivian and Cindy helped us that day and they were very kind, helpful and actually knew how to make the conversation flow. Usually, the nail salons I go to would usually just speak in their own language the whole time and I have no clue if they were talking bout my toes or maybe it is something else lol. Vivian and Cindy were specially funny and helpful. In addition, the place had a nice vibe with a calm atmosphere . They actually had a TV that is working right across you

I love, love, love this place everyone is so nice and they are amazingly good at doing nails! Best nail experience I ever had! I took my daughter and she loved this place also! Perfect Nails & Spa has been my family’s go to shop for at least 3 years. I had come a few times before that time. I have had nails and designs, and spa days (mani and pedi) done for my daughter, mom, man, and myself here and we have always appreciated their service and friendly faces and conversation. They have even welcomed me during times when my youngest was a grumpy toddler. Don't waste your time or money. They can't do even the simplest requests, they put nails on crooked, will charge you prices different from what's listed on their wall, and they don't even soak nails off! They will damage your nails and leave them frail, weak and in pain. I even saw them mistreat a lady because they told her the price was higher when she was checking out than what they first told her when she walked in. I 100% believe her because they did the same thing to me only difference is my man paid and he didn't care about the price but over $100 for some crooked ugly nails is ridiculous!! I've given them more than one chance but I will NEVER give them another chance. They don't deserve to be in business!!Services: Nail art
