Called 2 mins ago and the guy didn't sound like he wanted to work At all we gave him the address, plates of the car and we only got a "uuuuuhhhh mmmmm uh" "Sorry I'm in a call right now" garbage experience.

I had such a good experience with this business from start to finish. I blew my tire on the interstate and needed help changing it. They answered my call right away and quoted me a price that wasn’t gouging like a few other places I checked with before calling them. THIS TOWING COMPANY IS ABSOLUTELY TRASH AVOID IT AT ALL COST!!!!! i would give the no stars if i could. I came outside from my apartment to see my car was gone so i called the towing company to see if they towed it for them to tell me they didn't have my car so i thought it was stolen so just when im about to report my car stolen they call me back to tell me they actually do have my car,they were charging me $425 fee and $100 everyday after that, first red flag. then they have all the wrong info on their website saying the take card but when i was trying to get my car they "only take cash" and on their signs posted has the wrong address so i went to the wrong address before i found the right one. red flag number 2.and they're EXTREMELY RUDE PEOPLE SHOULDN'T WORK THERE IF YOU CANT TREAT PEOPLE RIGHT. they also have dogs locked up in a little trailer outside the establishment its animal cruelty smelt like old pee and it was hot.

I had my car almost stolen, and my car was undrivable due to the damages. I had to have it towed to the dealership and these guys did a great job. My driver Greg in particular was professional and courteous. Got my car there on time, no problem.

My car was towed due to a misunderstanding between my apartment complex. As unfortunate the situation is I had a good experience interacting with the staff. The gentleman who assisted me was very kind and understanding which made a huge difference considering how distraught I was. Mike the owner was patient with me while I asked for a break down of all the fees and even gave me advice on how I should handle the situation if something like this ever happens again. It’s an unfortunate situation but at the end of the day everyone is just trying to make ends meet so I stayed respectful and in return had a good encounter with everyone involved.

My car was towed on 7/26/23 to Payless Towing. Police informed me on 8/1/23 that my car was at Payless Towing. Mike the owner at Payless was suppose to inform me within 24 hours that my vehicle was there (BY LAW). He never did. He was milking it to get as much as he can from me. I did file a small claims report and submitted the RCW form. Every time I call he either hangs up on me or says he is busy and says he will call back. This place is Ghetto and have 0% of good customer service. Beware everyone this place is not honest and will suck your money away. THIS IS TO EVERYONE WHO HAS GOT RIPPED OFF THEY HAVE TO NOTIFY YOU WITHIN 24 HOURS THE DAY THEY TOW YOUR VEHICLE IT'S THE LAW!! ALL TOW YARDS ARE THIEFS BUT THIS PLACE IS THE WORST OF THE WORST.

My car was damaged from a car accident. Payless towed it to their yard. Just one guy in the office - Mike. Most reviews I've read here and elsewhere are about how rude this guy is...he's all that and more. I only asked about my bill, how was the tow fee determined and what was the daily fee for storing my car. I explained that this was my first experience with a tow situation and I didn't know much. Mike went unglued and said he felt bad Vibes and he didn't have to accept my money. I had already given him the money and I disputed nothing. So I guess Mike has the power not to let you pay the bill, hold your car, and keep charging you a fee daily. Crooked business. Pretty nightmarish for me, and without provocation. Not 1 star but --- Minus Zero star review...

Mike, the manager, was very rude. We had a car impounded and wanted to pay the bill. Wanted a breakdown of the charges. He said he was getting bad vibes from me and asked if I was racist!! Just wanted my bill! He said we had 2 minutes to pay or the deal is off the table. We paid and left . Rude company.

Office staff is rude. Prices are astronomical. $89 a day for Storage. My vehicle was towed yesterday at noon. I was here today at noon to pick it up and they had to go to lunch. I returned at 1:30 to pick it up and they're charging me a day and a half storage at $89 a day. Absolutely ridiculous. The gentleman in the office, some tough guy and run his mouth, then decide to come out and have a man to man conversation with me face-to-face and then asked me to leave because I called him out on this day and a half Storage when it's only been here a day. I would not recommend this company. I hope my vehicle never gets towed by this company again, y'all have a nice day be blessed.
