On December 2023 I bought a brand new battery, and installed it on my car. By April 2024 (4 months later) the battery died and my car wasn't able to start, once I start jumping the battery the car starts but once I turn it off, everything dies again.
I bought the car to the service (Subaru service) they told me the battery I bought was a bad battery, leaking itself and around causing the cables around and the holder to be corroded. I had to pay $1,200 to replace everything that was corroded. I went to O'reilly trying to get my money back and they told me that was a good battery and didn't replace, or refund a penny. I'm really disappointed and I feel scammed. The battery doesn't work on my car. Wat is the warranty for!!!!

they test your batteries they order parts and it only took one day.....thank you ty hey are fast and on top of their game...

I registered my car and the woman there suggested that O'Reilly's might put the new plates on for me. The first man I spoke with at O'Reilly's was a nice older gentleman who said that they could do this after they served all of the customers in line if I waited. I stood there off to the side waiting long enough to inform several other employees what I was waiting for. When there wasn't a line anymore, the man who first said he could help had to leave to make a delivery. At this point an extremely rude young man (young enough to be my grandson) said that it was against their policy to help me, restating his refusal several times along with what seemed to be a "brand new" policy he made up. After all, I was standing there because another employee had already said that they could help me. I'm old enough to have some difficulty with being strong enough to get the screws tight. Also the artery that I sliced into with a kitchen mandolin is still healing (thumb is obviously wrapped) which temporarily prevents use of my right thumb (and I'm right handed). The rotten manners of making me wait and THEN rudely refusing to help me ensures that I will never buy anything at this store, and I will continue to spread the word about their horrible manners and the obnoxious young male employee.
