Went up there, parked in front of the doors at the dealership, I walked the entire car lot. I was ready to purchase a car, I seen 2 cars I loved but I ended up going home carless, not one person helped me or even acknowledged me. Definitely don't want to buy a car from a place with terrible customer service, because bad service now leads to worse service later.

Bought a 2013 Honda CRV from this dealer and my experience overall was nothing but great and highly recommended. Ask for Basim, he was very upfront and honest about all the questions I posed to him, you need that level of integrity nowadays from cars sale people, which Basim has. Great customer service, I bought my car from there a 2015 Nissan Leaf and it was super clean interior and exterior,also they make sure good deals and came right on time.Orbit 5 Auto Sales is the way to go.

We found a used car online and went to Orbit 5 Auto Sales. We met Basim Musawi and he was very friendly and professional. No pressure to buy, we test drove the car it was in Great shape and Basim answered every question we asked. The process was quick and painless and I felt we got a good deal on a car.
