I usually go to Walgreens but they don't have the moderna covid vaccine. My search led me to this small Pharmacy and everyone there is a very polite, helpful and friendly. I didn't have to go online to schedule an appointment. Or stand in any long waiting line. A really overall pleasant experience at this Pharmacy each time I've gone there. One time they couldn't help me right away but they sent me to another close by place who could.

Called pharmacy ahead of time, got quick confirmation that flu shots were available for walk ins. Walked in a short while later and got a quick and easy flu shot as a new patient, even though the shop was busy and it was during the lunch hour. Small place but excellent service.

Outstanding customer service, and consistent no matter who's helping you. They are all around knowledgeable including how best to use your health insurance, and offers/options for lower cost generic brand products. They provide their service with care which is rare these day! Amazing that I was able to get my COVID vaccinations here. I only wish I knew before spending so many hours trying to get it scheduled using King County Website portal for 2 Months!!

First visit today to check the pharmacy out. Impressed with the customer service and quick help by Jin. I explained that we moved from Renton to Federal Way and used to pick up our Rx's Fred Meyer's, but wished to transfer our preferred pharmacy closer to our residence. And besides, customer service at Fred Meyer's is somewhat lacking. Jin quickly took my personal information to put me on her customer list. Very small business located about two blocks west of PAC Hwy. Jin indicates they offered competitive prices. While waiting for my info to be transferred, a customer stated I would like the personal service received at Onuri. She's been coming for a while and has always been treated well. Good enough for me. A good review/suggestion by a complete stranger.

The pharmacy owner is so friendly and personable. He speaks English and Korean. He really cares about your wellbeing without being nosy. It's very affordable and I've never had any problems with my insurance being accepted. If they're ever out of stock in a medication, they're quick about getting it in and notifying you. Bonus: lots of tasty Korean snacks.
