I needed my 4wd car towed to the dealer. Super quick response and driver was very professional making sure to use the tow dolly on the rear wheels. Highly recommend!!

Here is a photo of their actual hours, however, these aren't entirely accurate. Their calendar date rolls over at 2pm, and if you arrive at 2:05pm to have your car released, they gleefully charge an additional $200. Also, they also like to close at 4pm on Fridays, as in they will take towing orders, but will not provide the service until Monday. They are also very rude and provide terrible if not hostile customer service, and will even resort to victim blaming.

Great fast service. Truck broke down they came out within an hour and got our driver to the shop. Reasonable price. Happy customer will use again.

They have a lot of mentally challenged drivers. Two trucks blatantlly cut me off. Sped around me, blocked me in traffic. Then proceded cuttinf other cars off. Will never use this company.

NFS towing went above and beyond when towing my car from an accident scene, the driver of the tow truck made sure we felt safe throughout the whole process and took care of my car like it was his, even after the accident all of the staff at the yard was super friendly and actually very helpful which made the process way easier, I’m definitely calling these guys again and I also recommend anybody and everybody to call them when or if you need a tow!

Went with a friend to pick up their vehicle. Front desk lady was very short with us not very friendly as I do understand they deal with many jerks through their day however we were not jerks we were not vibing negatively at all.

The costumer Service suck. I tried to call before I went down to the yard. The woman puts on hold before I could say anything. After 10 min on hold I hung up. The customer service at yard sucked even more.

I had a really bad experience with two ladies working the reception at this location. I went in to ask a few questions and the girl that was sitting at the computer would respond very rudely with attitude. At times even seemed like she was rolling her eyes at my questions and as if she did not want to answer. Never once did she get up from the computer and come talk to me at the window she was stationed at the desk the whole time with a huge gap distance to the window where I was standing. When you run a company you should really look into who you are hiring for customer service if they are just going to make customers feel bad and as if their questions are stupid. My questions were pretty clear and her answers where beating around the bush as if I was making me feel confused as to how I could communicate with her easier as she was just making it very hard.

NFS Towing is awesome. I sold a car and the new owner did not file paper work. NFS had to tow vehicle for some reason and billed me as I was still registered owner. Once I received bill in the mail I called and talked to Jack and Eugene, they said they would not make me pay the bill. NFS hands down is five star company!!
