If there was an option for no stars that’s what they would’ve gotten. My friends car was illegally towed by police, because they thought it might be stolen. WOW to start with. So we tried to pick the car up first day, she was told she couldn’t pick it up without the title. So this car had been stolen years ago, and was just recently returned to my friend from sheriff department in another county, so she did not have the title anymore, she thought the car was gone for sure. Anyway we spend days jumping through all their little hoops, all to find out the bill is over $600 to get out if we could get by end of the day, which was only one hour. We actually were able to accomplish this. The battery was dead, and when we left to go put air in her tire, and her car wouldn’t shift at all it was stuck in drive. So we called them and the sent a driver down to pretty much tell us sorry about our luck. A complete stranger stopped and helped us. The linkage was totally disconnected in her car!! I assume that because they thought it was stolen they could just do whatever they wanted. No wonder this place has terrible reviews.

horrible customer service and rude. Don't bring your garbage to work just do your job and don't start with an attitude. the negative attention received from this towing company seem to be highly inspired by racial motivation I calm it like I see it and been in enough situations to know. when driving up a kid was in the way of the only parking spot besides the handicap parking. he stood there spraying, seeing I was parking. he did not move. why, I don't know. I just know strange behavior when I see it. As far as the business I was there for went accordingly. There was just a way I had to communicate giving the best example of myself not stooping down to the ignorance of one's character. keep a smile and say thank you when business is done, leave and hope I never have to come here again.

This business DESERVES ZERO STARS but that's not an option so I have to give them 1 star! This place has illegally stole my vehicle, and tried to say that it was abandoned/stolen, which is strange because by definition an abandoned vehicle must be parked somewhere illegally for 24 hours. My vehicle had overheated and was legally parked for not even 2 hours. Had they bothered to use their mind and put their hand on the hood they would have seen that it was still warm.....I don't have enough time to explain how corrupt this so-called business/criminal organization is just by reading this forum I think you can make an accurate assumption....

MV Towing and it’s broke, thieving drivers will steal your stuff out of your car after it’s towed. Then play stupid and act all self righteous when you call to complain. “Well you signed a waiver accepting the car and all its contents when you picked it up”. How could I accept the car and “all its contents” before I even laid eyes on it?!? Y’all insinuated I was signing a receipt! Go buy your own gd cologne and cell phone! Y’all robbing folks of enough money, y’all should be able to afford an $90 bottle of Valentino cologne! Buncha broke thieves. Probably selling people’s stuff to pay for your next bump.
