We were nearby as my boyfriend wanted to stop by the new Daiso location to get some towels for our fur babies. We decided to go in Mud Bay as the kids have been in the car for a bit so we wanted to get them a treat or toy. When we entered, we were greeted kindly by the staff. Each staff member were super helpful with all our questions, assisting us on weighing our fur babies, and providing genuine customer service. They gave our fur babies many treats and pets, which is always nice for our social dogs. After our purchase finished, they gave us a cute card thanking us for shopping and a $5 coupon to use next time. Definitely coming back to support such a sweet business!

It's a pet food store. Nice people and very good customer service.We are switching to a canned dog food and they let us take a sample set to see which one works best for our dogs. That made us feel like they actually care about our pets not just making a few bucks.

The staff are very helpful and are more than happy to talk about their pets and your pets. The selection is great and I like that they have many local products as well as good name brands. The cat toy selection is unreal, much better than the big chain stores.

Finally found the hip and joint supplements I was looking for! The staff was very helpful and I was able to get in and out with no lines. This location is clean and stocked well.

I come to this location all time and spend close to $150 every visit. Today by far was the worst experience with a particular cashier, Jaclyn. I had to tell her to enter my phone number to log my purchase and then asked for treats for two dogs which is routine every time I checked out. She gave me one sample packet and said that’s plenty for two dogs. I was appalled as those samples are so insignificant in comparison to how much business I give the store. It’s so pointless to be stingy like that.

Wonderful place with very caring employees. Found a couple beds for our corgi puppies here. Ars donut beds are amazing. The pictures is the largest one they had.

We came in to get some treats and CBD products for our best friend who was on his last day. The staff was so helpful and sweet and helped us find everything we could want to give our guy the best last day. I appreciate all of the kind words and sentiments. Thank you, to all of you.

Our babies love the snackies and toys here! V-Day there was a decorative kissing booth where our pups got fun photos taken. We came home with pig ears, wool felt dumbbell toys, and some samples. Recently upgraded to a large refillable bucket for more treats for my sweeties.

The staff is very welcoming. LGBTQ friendly. Very helpful. Our dog loves going inside with us.
