Ken gave me great customer support even though it was a technical support problem that is out of his hands. Give that man a raise. He was everything you want from a customer service person in a industry like AT&T”
“Had a terrible day with over the phone customer service. Was transferred 10 different times and had explain my story 10 different times. I was told that because my phone was purchased online I wouldn’t be able to go into a Verizon store to get the printed receipt I was looking for.
As I’m on hold with the next transfer and 3hrs on the phone…I decided just go to my closest Verizon store in Federal Way(same parking lot as the commons mall). I’m about to lose my shiiii with these 800 numbers.
As soon as I walked in Jay approached me right away. No waiting, no hesitation. He asked why I was there and he didn’t even hesitate! Asked me for my ID and got what I wanted and I was out the door in less than 5 minutes. Can you believe it!? 4 hrs of work in less than 5 minutes with Jay?

“My mother & I had a great experience at this location.We were checked in right away by Todd, despite them being busy. We were handed off to Artem who was very professional & knowledgeable, he listened to our questions and concerns and provided us with the best options for us and our budget. Shout out to Kourtney for helping us get a discount after buying three accessories. I would definitely recommend this store, they do care about their customers.”

“The two staff members at this Metro by T-Mobile store location were very kind to me. They set me up with a new phone number and helped me transition from a flip phone to a smart phone. There were some problems with the cellular and internet service during the first two months, but, it is all resolved now. Hopefully! And, that is probably a larger network problem. The cost was fair and I should mention that I also purchased a refurbished or previously used router and got home internet too. 5/5 stars. Thank you, staff members for making me feel like a valued customer and taking the time to set up my account, and everything associated with it.”

We were assisted by Bekah (I believe was her name) and we had SO many questions that she happily answered. She brought out a bunch of cases for us to look at, went back in inventory to check what colors of the different iPhones they had, and was overall patient with my mom and I’s indecisiveness hahaha. it was a smooth experience, Bekah was very helpful and informative.”
