“Just left the store. Went in because AT&T service has be awful in Kitsap County the last few months. Ken gave me great customer support even though it was a technical support problem that is out of his hands. Give that man a raise. He was everything you want from a customer service person in a industry like AT&T”

“This phone service is lacking anti hacking updates so waste of life is doing robo calls calling random people showing my phone number As well as calling random people using other people's phones numbers. I have attempted to file complaint on the FCC web site but I get messages my email and phone number are not valid. If anyone who reads this has an answer to stop the faceless pig who is doing this please reply.”

Within a few hours my phone was as good as new!”
