This store is owned by a couple the husband is rude and disrespectful and doesn’t seem like they want to sale jewelry.Example: I go in the store ask a couple questions about a pendant and sale that they had a sign up for.He tells me if I don’t like it don’t buy it smh all because I ask if the pendant was apart of sale then was very dismissive as soon as another customer came into the store mind you I’ve spent money here before.That will be my last time .Normally I recommend small business rather than the corporate giants but in this case I would not recommend going to this jewelry store.

Great jewelry place. The couple who owns it are really nice and friendly. I've been there several times, bought a couple bracelets and an engagement ring. Their price always fair and good quality. I would recommend this jewelry store to anyone.

Went there just to see if they had i something I liked.Long story short they I.D just because of color of my skin.Then asked me to remove my hat to see my face. I’m very upset how they treat minorities. I work for a living and I’m also a US Army Vet.People don’t go there!If you support minorities please don’t go there! Don’t give them any business!

Amazing and kindI've had two rings resized here. One was a casual ring. I was gifted in 2018, and just this month, my engagement ring it was 45$, and I remember it being roughly the same price back in 2018 they are fast taking no more then 30 minutes and are very kind and good at there craft would remembered this store to anyone!

They resized my wedding band for pretty cheap while I sat in the store. It took maybe 10 minutes at the most and it came back perfect. They are very kind people as well.

The man working here gave me a discount on some earrings. We haggled back and forth for a few minutes and finally settled on a deal. He also told me he would clean them up for me free of charge any time. Professional and courteous. Just wish i could have gotten them a little cheaper. Lol

If I could give it a zero I would, simply for their return policy and customer service. I was actually talked out of buying a ring through another retailer to purchase one of theirs. When I started having problems with the stones falling out I started running into problems especially after the fourth time when I wanted to return it. I was told no returns, I told him it was defective he didn't have another one to replace it, he ended up giving me a pittance of what I originally paid and I needed to use it as an in-store credit. I used to be a fan because the prices and selection definitely draw you in. However to be an excellent all-around jeweler you need to service through the life of the piece!!

Stopped by looking for an engagement ring. Google says open until 9pm at 7pm everything was covered and all the lights out. I won't spend my money at a shop that won't bother having accurate hours on Google

Got my wedding ring here and it was in the mall and there was two jewelry stores right accross from each other we went to both and ended up going on a silver ring and she was open to bargains cause she started off at 95 I said 70 and we ended up on 80 and we were both happy as the mall is so dead these days I just don’t see them lasting much longer and Amazon is here to stay and it has taking out so many mon and pop places and so I love Fred Myers jewelry get all my wife’s stuff there and so we will see how it goes and so don’t take the first price and it’s let’s make a deal!
