I came here to purchase a new phone on my same number the guys who are working there they really helped me a lot to transfer my data from old phone to new phone and they take care of me very well . I recommend visit this store and grab good deals with them.

Take time to read this before going to this location to upgrade a phone. Theyre scamming people. The guy that helped me didnt have a name tag but said his name was Syed, Jimmy was the other associate working (at least thats what his name tag said). I went in to get an upgrade on my line. Syed stated that he could not upgrade my line but he could put the phone on another number then in 5 days come back and he could switch it to my original number. Essentially I was charged to "add" a line to the account. Where I paid $40 to add a line and $25 activation fee plus taxes. Total is about $80. Store associate said total was $350 with the phone. I get a text message for a $79.42 payment. NOT the $350 cash I just paid. Syed asked to see my phone to scan a QR code. He DELETED the text of $79.32 payment and blocked the customer care number on my phone so that I would NOT see the texts coming in. I asked for printed receipt and he said he could not give me one, that corp. would send me one. I called customer support while in the parking lot and they said he should print me one and that I could've just upgraded my original number, also that I could go back in the store to get the receipt. I go into the store with customer care on speaker and Syed is whispering for me to hang up with them that he doesnt want them to HEAR what he did to my acct. I told him no. He then whispered for me to mute my phone. I told him no. He says nothing while customer care is on speaker and I finally get a printed receipt that is not ITEMIZED and leave. Receipt says $350 activation and no taxes. 3 hours later I get a text of a $350 payment on my account being REVERSED. I was not in that store or on a call with customer care when this payment was REVERSED.

This guys are so crooked be careful. They will ask for your username and password many times plus will take a picture with there personal phone also they try to give you tablet for $40 dollar and they said.only $5dollar per month. they will lock you phone to stop receiving text from customer service. I notice that I have income text lock from customer service. So voids to open up the account

I am always treated with respect and offered thr best deals every time I go there. They make me feel special ,I know that sounds crazy but they do and I am sure you will too when you go,you will understand. They are very polite and genuinely nice , that really matters to me .

The guy who works here, Maas, I believe is his name, is a complete waste of time. He completely lacks any sort of actual customer service skills or desire to help. From the moment he started talking, I got the distinct feeling that he was trying to scam me. He talked way too fast, was unclear, and didn't explain anything.

I went to the store to purchase a new galaxy, I asked for the 23 not knowing that there’s a newer version, the 53. Once I spotted the 53 I asked for it and he told me that it was too expensive for me. I told him to see if they had it in stock. He checked and said no. I figured he was lying because the comment about it being to expensive didn’t sit well with me. I purchased the 23. I called the next morning to ask if they had the 53 in stock and I was told that they did. I don’t want to make this about race but I think it played a part in the whole situation. I’m completely disgusted by this behavior. We have to treat people equally no matter the color of their skin.
