What a wonderful example of customer service that I will long remember! My phone would no longer charge and I was dreading the cost and time involved with setting up a new one! Much to my chagrin , the T-Mobile store was no longer at the mall. I saw a store "Metro by Tmobile" and went in if he could tell me where the nearest T-Mobile store is located. The kind salesperson, Mohamed, not only told me where it was, but he helped me solve my problem right there. He had the same type of phone with the same problem that a higher speed charger took care. After 1 1/2 days of trying all different ways at home, I was shocked! So not only did I pay much less $$ than I expected, I don't have to go through a whole new setup. Mohamed graciously shared a few other tips based on my questions. What a great teacher and generous soul! Thank you, Mohamed! You are a true tribute to your company!

Gina was friendly honest and helpful.I was greeted at the door and directed to the correct spot for my needs went to another store same metro they wanted to charger almost $300 for a moto phone .U gained a customer for life she explained the plan and the charges and asked me to go through the receipt to see if I have any question I couldn't be more happier
