They told me that iPad was on offer and I paid for it ,after few days I saw my telephone bill has gone so high ,so when I called I was told that they are charging me for the iPad too. I didn’t want to take the iPad but they convinced me but my problem is they didn’t tell me that I will be paying every month for the iPad . iPad it instant and I thought I was done with it . When I called to check when is my bills due ,the guy who picked the call say he cannot help me because of security reason . Am done with metro it’s time to go try other providers! They ain’t helpful

Just a BUNCH of dudes standing around doing nothing (6+). When I asked them to unlock a phone so I can go to another carrier they refused but tried to sell me an unlocked one. Scummy place. Don’t recommend as yes, they ARE able to unlock IN STORE. They were just trying to find a way to get money out of me.

Store is very clean and all employees are friendly, professional,and greet me with a smile and acknowledge I am in the store not like other businesses Example X- finity. The only issue with Metro employees the ability to resolve issues with my phone. Some employees haven't been given training in correcting problems with my phone. I do know from experience the employees are eager to provide each customer with 100 percent satisfaction.

A place that i will never set my foot in again. the young man who was helping me was trying really hard to selling me different services that I want, and when i was asking if they have the services that was shown online, he did not bother to help or search, simply reply 'no, we don't have it.'

The young man that help me setup my phone I'm sorry but he didn't do a very good job. He was supposed to set my plan on $30 a month the next day after he sign me up and he never did. He was also supposed to call me and let me know that he was doing it and he never did. Two weeks ago I went into the store looking for a Galaxy a14 they said they were out they took my phone number they said they would call me when they came in I kept calling them they said we had some but they sold out I said you were supposed to call me and they apologized for it and apologies doesn't do me any good I don't have a phone. These people are not people of their word at all. I cannot trust them because they lie there not a person of the word when you say you're going to do something do it don't lie if you can't do it don't say you can do it. The only reason why I'm with Metro is because they have cheap plans THAT'S IT. I had T-Mobile they sucked. If I switch phone companies again I will go to Verizon.
