I'm a frequent buyer of kratom. Their people that they call workers arent just workers. They're knowledgeable of most questions I ask. The owner is head of the kratom association in the US so they sell quality kratom. They sell by the size grams, ounces, kilos. You get them in non static bags.

Nice place but the kratom is INSANELY expensive. They’re trying to be like a fancy herb shop or something. I got a teeny 1 ounce bag of powder for $22. Literally 3 times the price of the same kratom from another smoke shop. (This one specifically was red maeng da)

This place has terrible communication with the customers horrible.I bought a vape pen literally 6 hours ago called the store minutes after the purchase to let the employees know that the vape pen didn’t work.He then said bring it back for a refund.I get there today the lady working says I can only get store credit for a vape pen that was defective and I had my receipt etc..This policy is unfair and needs to change you can’t fault the customer nor can you make them buy a new product or give them store credit if they want there money back they should be entitled to that I will not be coming back terrible experience.

Mary Janes House of Glass is an amazing store. I have gone in multiple times with questions regarding what they sell and with particulars due to my health. The CBD product that they carry comes in a large variety and their glass in an even larger variety as you can see in my pictures. The staff are super helpful and kind. EA most of all with helping me with my particular needs. Not only is she knowledgeable about what they sell but is super helpful and patient. Every store in the franchise needs to have at least one staff member like them. This franchise has earned a long term regular from me!

We went to smell incense and look at glass. Wonderful place, ended up getting a couple of small things and planning for some future purchases.

Amazing Art fun experience normally you ask a shop if they carry something and they don't even care. Skyler the manager was extremely helpful, wrote down everything we asked for and told us when he would have it and offered for us to go to another location if we needed it right away, just extremely helpful and he is enthusiastic about glass and knew everything about each piece and didn't mind sharing with us. Had a great experience, he deserves a raise for sure , could have spent all day in there learning about the glass. Highly recommend this place.
