I love the convenience of this store! They were open during pandemic, they have my account and frequent addresses I send to. The choices of shipping options are sweet. The friendly staff. They even have a service to accept packages for you ! No more porch pirates!! Not to forget the option of supplies ranging from envelopes to binders, labels to tape. Greeting cards to slip in package last minute. I love knowing boxes and padded envelopes are available -- just bring my item and ship it out! Thank you for being in the neighborhood!!

I have been visiting this location for nearly a decade. I dropped off a package only to find out the item never shipped. I reached out with estimate time of my drop off but they were unable to track down why the package never delivered and determined it as lost. Absolutely unacceptable and no accountability. You are better off going directly to your local USPS/UPS/FedEx locations.

I mailed a ceramic art vase which I had purchased at the FUSION boutique on 12 July. The volunteer at the boutique recommended mailing it to my home from this establishment and told me to see Miles saying she had sent me. I did this and Miles was very accommodating. When I arrived home nearly 2 weeks later, the package had been delivered along with the rest of my mail which had been on Vacation hold. I opened the box the next morning to find the art vase badly broken, even though he had used bubble wrap, on the lower portion, the upper portion was not wrapped well so the styrofoam packing was insufficient. I placed a phone call to Miles on 26 July and he told me what he needed to file the claim. I managed to get that together and emailed the photos after which I called to notify him and make sure he got them. There was no answer even leaving voicemail. The next time I tr from my landline I was blocked. I then used my cellphone leaving a message, when I called this morning, 28 July, my cell had been blocked. I don't understand why as I left no mean messages and the several calls not answered were to verify that the email was received. I may have recommended this person and establishment on my initial contact but I can only say now they are not worth dealing with especially if you have something damaged in mailing and you live out of the area where you can't personally go to the store and handle the issues as they are not responsive.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Not only did they misuse my debit card information, but the staff is incompetent. The manager on their staff (“Miles”) refused to let me direct the issue to the owner - before blocking my telephone number.

I had a mailbox here for over a year. I then couldn't pay my bill for 2 months and it was cancelled.... And up until this point I really had a great experience with them. Until now..... I went in to pick up my final mail pieces and they said I didn't have anything. Well the app I have shows me everytime I get mail and I had 11 pieces of mail here. They told me the policy was to keep mail for 6 months after a mailbox is closed. It was only 3 months and my mail was/is nowhere to be found!!!

If I could give them zero stars I would! I've used this place for years. I paid years in advance for a mail box ( when the old owner was there!), for all 3 of my businesses. I loved the past owners. They made everything so easy, and convenient. HOWEVER, the new owners are beyond rude. The older guy with the glasses in particular. He ignored me several times when I asked him a questions, and wouldn't even look in my direction. The employee there was nice, but unfortunately I refuse to support a business that is owned by someone that shows me such a little respect. If you don't mind being ignored, and treated like a second class citizen this is the place for you. If you believe that ALL people should be treated equally, find another place to go!

This place is not the same quality with the new owners.I’ve been a customer since 2017 and the place was recently sold. Recently they discontinued 24 hour mail pickup for paid customers and have offered no discounts or refunds for lower level of services. I only have a mailbox here because of 24 hour pickup since I work nights and sleep days. Now I’m stuck with a rude owner and delayed mail notifications.

Always so helpful! I don't ship items via DHL often and it can be really difficult to keep all the documents straight. They're always so helpful with finishing packaging, labeling, and any questions I may have.
