Sarah, the owner, was able to get our 120 lb malamute bathed and brushed, even though he was really anxious and uncooperative. He was originally scheduled with one of the other groomers and proved to be too much for her, but Sarah stepped in and took the time to get the job done. His coat looks much better! He also appreciated not being in a kennel.

Made an appointment groomer called me the night before to reschedule because employee threw back out. Rescheduled my dog for two weeks out. I found out there was a conflict with the rescheduled time. I called immediately after finding out and tried to reschedule . Another two weeks was all they could offer. When I said I can't go a month they were fine letting me go and were completely smug about it. I get being busy, but it wasn't my fault, and no need to be smug.

The ladies take very good care of my furry best friend and their prices on services are better than most places I've tried or called. Can't go wrong here. Actually the only place I trust my puppy for pampering treatment!!!

First time taking our dog here after his regular groomer moved. Sadie was sooo very nice, she listened to what I wanted as far as the haircut and services. One thing that did make me uneasy is that they have the dogs kind of roaming around but my dog did well, I just wonder about safety because some dogs aren't socialized. When I came to pick up my dog Sadie was great again, she made me and my dog feel welcome at Lucky Paws, and let me know how well he did. I'll definitely bring my dog here exclusively.

On Jan 23 2024, we had an appointment at 10am. We hang around in federal way shopping. Well it was 12:15 haven’t heard from them. We go in and they said another half an hour. We had so many walk ins. Sooo we were put on hold so you can attend the walk ins first, when we had an appointment, I find this rude and unprofessional. They received no tip and I will never go back there. I know the owner made this decision, cause I had an encounter with her two years ago with my baby Foxy, whom has passed away last year. she had hip problems and favored her right leg, well I brought her home and noticed they cut one side of her head slanted. But when I put my baby on down her leg was up high a was walking like that for a week. I was so mad for them doin that to my baby. They were pulling on her leg,Foxy was a rescue dog. I was so sad for my baby I was not there to protect her. The owner would not talk to me, her husband called. Didn’t pay but never brought her back. The owner knows us cause she never looks at us when I brought my new baby in there. Three hours my baby had to wait and no water.

I made a scheduled grooming 2 weeks ago and added the date and time to my calendar as I spoke to the person and was crystal clear on date and time on the phone and I called to say I’m arriving 10min late due to i5 lane closure that I couldn’t account for and the lady said it was 2 hours before the scheduled appointment was extremely rude and gave me an attitude when I didn’t give her an attitude! They also never called me at 11 to ask if I’m coming in. Never again am I driving 45min away for this place!!!! Horrible customer service! HORRIBLE!!!!!! The grooming isn’t the best either!!!! came here because I love the fact that they don’t kennel the dogs but I will always support good customer service and this was not it! I live in west Seattle came here because I don’t like my dog kenneled but never again!!!!! And right before the holidays!!!????

They are super nice. I had them cut my dogs toe nails because they were getting super long. They did a fantastic job. They treated him very nice. I always come here to get my dogs nails trimmed. They are very kind and nice. I highly suggest coming here.

I've taken my boy, Archie to Lucky Paws for 3 years. He got his 1st puppy cut here and we are always happy with what they do. They truly love their doggie clients!

My dog and I love Lucky Paws! A very friendly, open, and welcoming staff who make my puppers, and me, feel very comfortable having them groom her. Many thanks to Reina for making my goofy, energetic Lab feel so soft, look so shiny, and smell so sweet! Just take your dog here, it's the best place ever! BTW, I drive all the way from Port Townsend to have her groomed at Lucky Paws!

I would not recommend this pet salon. I took my dog there to be groomed for 2 years. I was happy with Raina, who was the one that groomed my dog, but the other groomer there was so nasty and talked about the other groomers behind their backs to her customers. The owner of Lucky Paws was not pleasant to the customers either. They are very unprofessional in their dealings with customers.
