Please pass on our thanks to Brittany at the Federal Way store for personally checking the back for the fridge we ordered at a different store and help move up our delivery date so we would not be without a refrigerator for another week. She solved a problem that was not hers and saved the day (and sale). Kudos!

This is a great store. I recently bought some needed items from this store. Of course, I also get some of the materials I need from Home Depot, which is a bit expensive. While they are cheaper in Lowe's. However, both stores have their own advantages

Bought a stove and above range microwave from them 11/22, received the delivery email setting up a time for 12/9. They NEVER showed up. When we called 12/10 we were told they would have to look into it and call us back. 24 hours go by and WE had to call them back. Won't be getting my new items until AFTER Christmas. We need a new fridge too, but definitely WILL NOT be going to Lowe's. Worst $1500 purchase ever.such a disappointment. Fine for small items and flowers, but no more major purchases from them.Dec 2023 updateHaven't purchased any major appliances this year. But, have used the online ordering and curbside pickup which has worked well.

Kind of sad as I remember when this store opened and how vital it was then walked through and half the merchandise is locked behind bars and only one check stand open. I know the thievery issue is not their fault, it’s just a shame they have to deal with it.

Lowe's needs to focus on customer service more. I am changing to online shopping now somewhere else. I spend more time at Lowe's store for check out than I do at the job side.

I came in to shop for a new gas range with a double oven. I stumped the associate by asking for a double oven, to which he said he was confused by. When he realized what I was asking for was something extremely common, he actually told me they are going away (like no one wants them anymore). Not exactly the confidence and knowledge I want in my appliance buying experience. So I went elsewhere.
