Please pass on our thanks to Brittany at the Federal Way store for personally checking the back for the fridge we ordered at a different store and help move up our delivery date so we would not be without a refrigerator for another week. She solved a problem that was not hers and saved the day (and sale). Kudos!

The stores in my area are failing. After a day shopping I know why. I shopped for an hour and picked out live edge boards. I took them to the check out and was told "we wont sell these". They had Lowes tags and a marked price it was unbelievable. Be warned many items stocked and priced will later be taken back and sale rudely refused. Shopping at Lowes is a waste over time. Go Home Depot you're all we have now.

DON'T PURCHASE A WASHER/DRYER ONLINE! Its now the start of week 5 after purchasing an online stackable W/D online, via the Federal Way location. I've actually purchased a dishwasher, and over the range microwave via Lowe's online in the past, with zero installation issues. The first attempt at installation they said they needed a "stacking kit" and couldn't install without it. I was required to purchase several accessories but that was not one of them (seems like a logical question to ask the customer who is purchasing a stackable W/D yes?). Another attempt was made today and the installation team said they had no accessories given to them from the store.... I also learned that I need to buy new "water hoses"... another item I was not told to purchase. As I start week 5, I still do not have a functioning W/D in my place. After talking to the store manager today, her best advice to me was "Don't buy appliances online, come to the store". Wish I knew that ahead of time. Between Lowe's using third party services for installation, and the communication between online, and individual stores being subpar at best, I wouldn't recommend an online purchase for any complex hookup/installation needs. Best of luck if you are buying a W/D online, its very unlikely you will have everything needed to properly hook up in your home.

We purchased a few items but one of them was ringing up for the wrong price so a manager had to be called to approve the price adjustment. It was taking a bit for the manager (Rannie) to show up so I went and took a picture of the end cap display with the right price. On my way back I happened to pass the manager who was looking for the price/item so I let her know I could show her but she completely ignored me. I went back to the register, the manager comes back as well and she doesn't look or speak to us at all, barely acknowledged the cashier, did the price adjustment, gave us a 10% discount on some other item that was damaged and then she just left. On our way to the car my husband said that while I was gone Rannie showed up and instead of helping the cashier she started BSing with another employee until our cashier let her know she was waiting for the approval and then she acted as though she was doing the hugest favor.

I'm a bit miffed over some store polices.I read the return and exchange policy and it appears that it a judgement call based on the amount of their returns not yours. Admittedly I did not have the receipt for 3 boxes of $5.98 Christmas lights. I only wanted to exchange for another color. Myself and another customer had to wait for them to finish up their Customer Service meeting which we were patient. According to the associate the system could not do the return with my phone number or email therefor we can't an exchange or gift card to buy the new ones. I did not request a refund. So much for that Customer service meeting. Good news there is a Home Depot and Ace nearby do business.

Not good at service.There were always 5 girls there at the "ProDesk," all gabbing away busy as heck, but not busy moving customers. So much so I finally just quit ringing out there. Always "looking down, busy, just finishing something"can never just help the customer that's standing right there.But today, it was even worse.Check the pro desk check out around 10:35‐10:40.Everyone was too busy for the ONE customer. Finally gave up thinking self check up will be faster even if I parked down at pro's and have to walk a mile.If I ever manage there, lowes stock would double due to intense efficiency supervision.Exhausting. Always understaffed and even when, they prioritize customers in front of you, 'before finishing emails'.

People, go spend your hard earning money elsewhere. went to go buy a gallon of paint over the weekend and asked the Gal to shake the paint for me at the price of $50 the Gal says all you have to do is ask with a additude WTF...and i said shake it up.. and her reply was you dont have to be so disrespectful, What? I dealt with this Gal twice now and she never smiles like its her job and gets paid for it. Dont like to be there where you are in customer service spot go find a job where you dont have to deal with people then. Lost a customer for good. Horrible and there yelp review shows it.

Why are stores closing right and left.. your horrible customer service..70 year old disabled and I have to be treated like asking for help was not in their job description... I will go back to Amazon less sufferings!

Shelves are poorly stocked and it's difficult to determine pricing. Complicated by the fact that very few people on the floor and managers who don't seem to care. Go across the street to Home Depot.

I purchased a dishwasher and with that dishwasher came a $229 rebate. I've used it twice with no problems then suddenly the card doesn't work with over $100 left on it the initial cashier was confused and useless. The 2nd cashier, while not outwardly rude was just very curt. "Zero balance. contact the gift card company" No apology or anything. I was just sent away with my attempted purchased still sitting at the cashier. I would hope they would try to resolve it or at the very least offer an apology for my inconvenience.

I'm happy to get my installation coming up June 20. Hospital for me June 21. I have my fingers crossed. Need door for wheelchair access. They've done a deck and another door for me. Good job good follow through!

Part 1. Washer/dryer was delivered today. Lazy guys couldn't wait 7mins for my spouse to come and twist the water valve off. I paid for installation & haul a away neither was done. Ops mgr says they can't come back till the next day at best. As I walked to my car I see the delivery (3rd party vendor) guys. I asked them if can talk to their boss about coming back to my house today (10min drive w/traffic) they all of sudden don't know English and hopped into another car and sped off. Hm. All of this after calling 7 times for no one to answer the phone so I had to drive to the store.

My husband & I went to the Federal Way Lowes with the intent of purchasing a dishwasher. On the first day we found the model we wanted. It was a great deal on sale. The sales rep approached us & told us if we opened a Lowe's credit card we could get an additional 5% or 20% (up to $100) off. We told the sales rep we wanted to do more research. The next day we went back to make the purchase, but this time we spoke to a different sales rep. We told him we wanted to apply for a credit card to get the additional 20% off. At no time did either sales rep mentioned the 20% off applied to the original purchase price. The second rep, said the model was not in stock & we'd have to go to a different store or order online. We decided to order online. He reminded us to check which prom we wanted to use. Needless to say only the 5% promo was available. It was only when we spoke to a manager were we told the promos only applied to the original price. So why was the 5% available? We had no intention of opening an account until the sales reps mentioned the great promos. The store is deceitful & I'm not too sure if what they're doing is legal.
