The woman at the front desk (the black one with braids) is the most horrible person I have ever met, so rude for not reason. Fire that uneducated woman !!!

I was a bit confused walking into the pediatric area, but was immediately greeted by receptionists and guided to the lab area inside. The nurse was prompt and very nice. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend.

Not an old location...was there today 11/5/21. Inside Mary Bridge on 2nd floor. Nice not having to wait on long line of patients. Nobody ahead of me. Gobs of easy parking and nice modern facility. They do shut down an hour for lunch (11:45-12:45) and close at 4:15.

I just called to ask if I have an order in from my thyroid doc it was 4:25 pm and was told I can’t come in unless I’m there in 5 minutes or less she said she would need to be drawing my blood right now! I live 5 minutes away not even and was getting in my car but she sounded so put out by the idea of me coming in that why on earth would I want to risk that stressful nightmare. Please explain to me why a business is open until 5pm but they turn away patients who are ill and need their levels taken a half hour before closing! This is not okay and needs to not be happening.

And one star it’s too much for this lab. First and definitely the last time here?♀️The staff just don't want to work.

The lab technician is very nice, but she can come off as gruff on the phone and that threw me off on my first visit. She's one of the best phlebotomist I've been to in my 30+ years of experience.

I called and spoke to an Andrea. I needed to do Glucola testing, I called 5 minutes to noon and asked if I drank my drink RIGHT then if she'd be willing to draw my blood before they close one p.m. for lunch. She definitely had an attitude while telling no, as other was 'all ready noodle' (it was 12:56pm at that time to be exactly) despite the fact that I'd clearly be there prior to closing time for lunch and having Glucola testing in the past, I know it doesn't take 5 minutes to draw blood. I'll definitely be driving out of my way to avoid this location despite living less than a mile from it. Andrea definitely needs a refresher on patient care.
