Went to the location at Federal Way at 34503 9th Ave S. The lady that took my blood work was soooo skillful I hardly felt anything. I was very impressed. I asked for her name but I forgot.
I had a very good experience here and I didn't wait long. The folks I interacted with were professional and pleasant.

just to let u guys know, i went ona saturday 15 mins before it opened. i stood outside the door and was first in line. by the time they opened there was about 7 people waiting. you wana check in on the screen once you go in. after checking in, they got me taken care of almost immediately. flebotomist was very good at drawing blood and kind. i had a good experience here, thank you.

Very rude & unprofessional staffs. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. They don’t even deserve a 1 Star rating as well.

This place has some serious issues. 2+ hrs wait each time despite specific order instructions given and appointment ahead of time.

I am sitting in the lobby at the Auburn location. No one has greeted any of us. There is 7 patients 2 with stat orders. No one knows what’s going on. There are two staff in the back chatting it up. Another labcorp emp. Is another patient waiting so she went into the back and someone rudely stopped her and told her to sit down. She walked out. Finally someone came and called a name to get paperwork from the dr. But was not welcoming and didn’t apologize. The two in the back are still chatting away!

I have used this office several times these labcorp is the best I office I have been to. This office should be the standard for all labcorps! They are professional, on time and so kind. The labcorp in Burien is a negative -10 in comparison to this location.

Do NOT let the stupid incompetent young girl with braces who wasn't even WEARING A BADGE touch you. Absolute idiot who probably wasn't even allowed or certified to draw blood, stuck me with a needle and nothing came out and she continued to wiggle the needle around in my arm. It look everything in me to not punch her in her stupid face. Do NOT let this dumb girl touch you.

I get blood work done every few months. It's usually a fine experience. I always check in with the front desk to make sure my order was sent. But today was different the person running the front desk was rude and not very helpful. I will try another lab next time

Too crowded, standing room only. Scheduled appt beforehand but still had to wait 15 minutes upon arrival.

Dropped off a sample, contacted them everyday for 5 days, emailand phone. I never heard back and am still trying to locate my sample to see if it is being processed. If they did not lose it and it's being processed, I'm still done using them. Complete lack of customer service.

My doctor did submitted a blood draw to Labcorp and they sent me an email saying my results were ready. I logged into my account to see the results and I can’t believe they made me complete an Identity Verification Test. This is absolutely stupid and ridiculous. Why in the world would these idiots make me do this? I answered the questions honestly but they said I failed and to download the quiz and send them to them. What??? Are you serious. For my lab results? This is criminal elder abuse and I am going to report you the government and file a lawsuit for elder abuse. Whoever made the decision to require this for lab results should be fired.

Never greeted! Four staff sitting at the desk bad mouthing patients, talking about reviews, and surveys and as far as I can tell yes they deserve every criticism.

Had a lovely experience with a phlebotomist today. Her name is Teresa, and she is the absolute best. I have veins that make most blood draws a nightmare;several stabs on both arms, etc. You know the drill. Well, Teresa was so smooth I didn’t even feel the needle go in, and I was watching.too. She is AWESOME!!!

The front desk receptionist is rude. She was very short with a man from another country who didn't understand their policy or how he was expected to know what papers to have. Then she told him you need this job dont you? She was rude to him when he asked questions and told him to take it somewhere else when he asked questions about why he was expected to know their job. You can't leave the room once checked in and it's tiny. If you have a shy bladder plan on being talked to like a criminal. With the amount of personal information, the front desk yells over the phone, and in-person makes me worried about hippa laws. I know the name birthday and personal info of everyone in here. I know that people on Medicare are told they will have to pay 200 plus for their blood tests unless the other insurance picks it up. They dont need a front desk receptionist since they ask you to sign yourself in on a machine that scans your i.d. at least you can go that route if you don't want her yelling your info out. If you're lucky. So sad that my sons first experience with his new job is this. Do better
