This gym has really gone down. Whenever you go to the gym you’re never greeted. The girl at the counter just pays attention to her phone, not paying attention to who’s walking in the gym, really rude and unprofessional. I had a question the other day she just kept staring at her phone as if I was talking to myself, so I just walked away instead. Won’t be coming back to this location. Bathrooms are also filthy. I even upload a photo of her doing absolutely nothing as always. Hope this changes people don’t pay their money to go to a gym just to be ignored or it to be filthy all the time.

Everything was once new. Needs more up keep. More members now, so they should hire and fix things that break. I totally understand. The bathrooms are the worst ever.

If you are told that the first session with a trainer is free, don't believe it. That session can end up being very expensive for you. I was given a personal session with a trainer without my knowledge, and papers were signed on my behalf without my consent. I didn't know about it at all.
So, if you want money to disappear from your bank account and decisions made for you, welcome to LA Fitness.

Too hot inside , drinking fountains either not working or water is warm.
Towel dispensers in bathroom hanging on a limb .
The gym Needs some TLC .

It's summer time, it's 85-100 degrees outside everyday and of course their is no AC that works. They have known about this before summer and have not fixed it. Of course not a single fan anywhere either.

Too many people at this gym. I’m always waiting for equipment even on slow hours
The other LA fitness closed down so everyone is coming to this one single LA Fitness.

This is a pretty great place to workout!!! The only gripe I have is that there are so many enthusiasts! Haha. And there could be some extra clips for the barbells. But this place is great. Especially for any entry level+ training!

This would be 4 stars but the response time to fix broken machines is laughable. The pec fly has been broken for the past 2 months. Also it seems like deep cleaning is never done whatsoever. The pool/hottub area is always dirty - like legitimate grime built up. Some simple fixes would make this place a lot better.

The facilities are very complete, very clean in all areas, and excellent treatment from each of the members of this Honorable sports venue!! Despite not speaking English, they treated me wonderfully!! Thank you for almost 3 months with you and everything is perfect!!
