This is an excellent pharmacy. Their compounded medication solutions are excellent quality and priced well. They are responsive, friendly and helpful. Key's pharmacy provides a high quality and professional service.

They ship out RX’s fast are great to deal with. However, their Naltrexone (1.5mg) is almost double what three other pharmacies charge. $147 vs $68 for same Rx.

Expensive nasal spray came in a bottle with a non-operable spray cap. Wasted most of the contents trying to get them out.Very disappointing after years of excellent compounding experiences.The company has offered me a discount on a refill and an extra, probably non-operable cap (since they don’t plan to get different ones) My plan is to immediately transfer the contents to a commercial bottle with a spray cap that functions and keep right on relying on Key pharmacy for its excellent compounding.

Fast, informative and helpful. They make to order right there. Helped me a lot to get rid of an issue that had been bothering me for several months. Very professional and will ship to house, shipping was reasonable.

I had a very sweet lady on the phone help me. They were very fast to get my medicine filled so I can pick it up. Shipping would have been slower because of the holiday and backed up but it's close to my place to would rather pick it up. Thank you

I have been using Key Compounding for many years and find them very responsive and attuned to my needs. They made one mistake years ago (I didn't receive a prescription), and moved heaven and earth to fix it. I have not found them more expensive than other compounding pharmacies.

Incredibly helpful personnel, reliable pharmacy. Consistently high quality compounding ingredients. Love the ease of ordering from their app, but also easy to reach by phone. Ships to wherever I am. We are longtime customers.

VERY fast turnaround, Great customer service via phone. at least twice as expensive for liquid and capsule compounded meds. Also the first time on ordering, My 60 day supply of liquid meds lasted 40 days....and the syringes only lasted for 2-5 uses, then fell apart. There are better mail and compounding pharmacies around.

The staff here are extremely pleasant and helpful over the phone whenever I have called and they have never sent an incorrect order. Sierra was incredible at helping locate the package in transit that Key had sent to my doctor and made the experience top notch.
