Jun is a fantastic mechanic, very open to explaining the finer details of any service he performs. Met him in 2010 when first moving to the area with a misbehaving first year Q45. Fewer Infinitis here then. Brought easily a half dozen more vehicles to him since then, various makes (not all Japanese). He's my go-to mechanic, very thoughtful, careful. If he has any flaw business-wise, it's that he only does the work you really need, not the stuff you might imagine you need. In other words he tries to save me money. My wallet thanks him.

Jun services my 3 cars; an 02 Camry, a 16 Sienna, & a 19 Cruze. He has great initial familiarity with common concerns and a good idea of areas of focus. For even a routine oil change, he looks out for known issues of the model or specific history on cars he's serviced previously. He also remembers things about my cars I wouldn't expect him to remember in casual conversation. I've seen negative reviews about not answering the phone right away. It's a small shop, that happens once in a while, so leave a complete message, he responds. He's respectful, caring, has a good personal approach and is timely.

Good communication, grateful for my business and very reasonably priced. Got my brakes and rotors replaced.
