I've had 3 orders in a row canceled. All 3 times it showed multiple of the items in stock. I do not recommend ordering from this store. Obviously their in stock numbers are not accurate.

When I was at the Federal way store there were no crochet hooks stocked in the aisle. They seem to be out of a lot of things. When I went online to place an order it said all the products I wanted were in stock at the store but then more than half my order was cancelled and they said it was no longer available. You can only get good savings coupons for in store purchases but the store is not stocked so you end up having to buy online where the min is $49 for free shipping and only get 10% off if you spend $75 or more. Very disappointing.

YES! I am very happy there is a place to SIT to look through the sewing pattern books. One needs to think, compare, and not be rushed. Thank you very much for accommodating the elderly and seamstresses who enjoy sewing garments. I like this store. There is a beautiful selection of buttons and home decor fabrics. The employees are friendly too. Thanks!

Whatever amount of time you usually expect to take to checkout, double or triple it. Usually long lines that take more time than they should. Even our pickup order of 1 item took 15 minutes to get.On a positive note- they have a great selection and a friendly staff.

This store is a hot mess. I went in to find bead boards that the app said they had several in stock. I walked in and it looked like the store had been looted and abandoned. Rows and rows of empty shelves and pegs. The area for bead boards was empty along with some miscellaneous items dropped on the bottom shelf. I was going to ask for assistance but only saw one person at the registers. I figured out then that they are massively understaffed so I wasn't going to pull the one person that was working. I finally found all the beading items in bins appearing to be waiting to be moved to another area and, sure enough, I found the boards they listed in stock. The employee on the register was very pleasant. I'm just not a fan of my shopping turning into a commando search mission. Recommend ordering online for shipping.

Just a heads up if you plan on using this coupon at the Federal Way Joann fabrics: eventhough the coupon says "any regular priced item", they DO NOT honor it on every regular priced item. This particular coupon does not have any exclusions listed on it anywhere except for sale items, clearance and BOGO but the cashier told me she still couldn't do it for regularly priced Legos that had absolutely no sale attached to them! She then went on to rattle off a whole list of other things that they don't honor these coupons for, no matter if they are regular-priced or not! She said none if their locations honor these on certain regular priced items! It appears the only thing they would normally allow them for were the things that they already had on sale. So why do they not list those exclusions on the actual coupon?? Seems like false advertising to me.

Came here to fill up my mom's basket with knitting items and to see what Black Friday deals they were having. It was definitely worth our time coming here! A lot of the items were 40% off which made my mother very happy. Our deal with the store was the cashiers. You can tell they are very poorly trained and were a bit rude. They did seem young but had no customer service experience. We probably won't be back because of that experience.

Great store, a lot of material/fabric found that was needed. Big shoutout to LISA for helping my sister and I to cut fabric and giving advice/insight on how to properly glue material together and with all the proper steps for lining with fabric that we bought. When asked for help, LISA went out of her way to help us out even though she looked like she was in the middle of something, so we appreciate for being so kind and taking great time with us to cutting about 8 different fabrics for us.
