Visited this place about 3 times. Every time I come in Manager tries to charge me more and more for the same kind of service. This last time I had to wait almost 2 hours just for a fill. I usually try to be patient and understanding. I’m new to the area and this nail salon is very close to my home. Manager said she would charge me more and I asked why if it’s the same service as last time ? She had an attitude with me and worked on my nails very roughly. I told her a couple of times she was hurting me and she continued to talk to the other nail techs in a different language and ignored me. At the end of the service at least 3 of my fingers were bleeding and had cuts due to her being extra rough and upset while working on me. I’m definitely never coming back .! It’s unfortunate that a manager sets this kind of example!!!

What a lousy job!! I am looking for GOOD nail salon. I have ingrown toe nails & want to establish a salon I can depend on. I tried to tell the women that & all she could say was " ok put feet in water" but at the end near tip time her English suddenly got between polish NOT end of toe nails & but on skin. The lotion on legs was a joke! If u want to throw away $30. then go to this place! Wish I could post a picture to prove to you!

First time at the shop, wonderful experience. The chameleon color change glitter nail polish I wanted was dry. I was going to choose something else, but a technician sat and remade the color for me on the spot so I got exactly what I wanted!! That is truly one of a kind service!! Thank you so much! Pros: We were able to walk in for pedicures on a Saturday morning and were seen right away. The employees are so nice and fun, especially Vanessa. I enjoyed the scrub and the hot rocks!Cons: Surfaces are visibly dirty and tools look rough. No idea if anything gets properly sterilized, and some things were used that absolutely can’t be sterilized. My toe was cut during the cuticle treatment.

My daughter wanted some father-daughter time, so I came here with her, and I had a wonderful experience. Tammy did a fantastic job of taking care of me and my kid and explaining everything when I had questions. Anyone looking for a new nail salon should visit this location, in my opinion.Services: Foot massages

They are aware of my requirements and regularly ask me about my satisfaction. In carrying out their duties, the experts were cautious and precise. The quality of the colors seems to be quite good. We highly recommend scheduling a great manicure or pedicure!

Great staff who know how to do nails! Go there if you need to do anything. Price is also good. And they have foot massage, I feel very relax!

Hi Proph Ecy,I was there on that same day with my mom and my daughter to get pedicures. I was sitting right next to you and I remember you wanted arcylic on your feet $55 plus basic pedicure $35 and whole set arcylic with coffin shape and design on your nails for $60; total $150. the owner gave you the price and you agreed with it. Then you tipped the two girls $5 so the total $155. They was nice enough when the shop close at 7 but they stayed till after 8:30pm to get it done for you cuz we left around then and I saw the girl still giving you massage. It’s not cool when people went out of their way and gave you the service you REQUESTED then 2 days later you went online and gave them a bad review. I know this is none of my business but I came here to give them a good review and then I saw your review.. ugh I can’t help but feel very bad and unfair for those girls so I chose to be nosy and tell the true story for them. This is my second time back to this salon and they always treated me and my family like kings and queens.. we always feel welcoming especially they always confirm the price beforehand to make sure we are okay with it. I will keep coming back that for sure! Thanks again J&L nail spa ! Your girls are wonderful! I’m sorry you have to deal with a customer like Ms Proph Ecy here.
