First time going here! We got the full interior and exterior detail service and:
1.) Andrew was courteous, professional and communicated clearly. When it was time to pick up the car, he asked us to look inside and outside and inspect the job and to let us know if there was anything they missed.
2.) The customer service: we were told that if we saw anything amiss when we got home, we can bring the car back and let them know.
3.) Super easy to schedule. They answer the phone and had the answers to my questions. They answered my questions thoroughly and were kind and not rushed/dismissive.
4.) We will definitely be coming back and will be telling everyone about this place! Thank you for the great work!

We have brought 2 cars here now for full details and 1 car for tinting. The shining star of this place is Andrew, any company would be lucky to have Andrew as an employee. He was excellent at answering all of my questions. On the final walkthrough of my vehicle I noticed a few things on the interior that weren’t to my satisfaction, and he happily fixed it for me on the spot even though it was closing time. We will be back because we are loyal customers, our family has been going to Jim’s for years, but I really hope management notices my review and makes some changes.
The first car we brought in last year was done perfectly so I’m a little disappointed this time. Just to name a few things, there was debris in the carpet of the drivers side by the pedals, there was visible dried up splatter from what I am guessing is interior dressing product all over the back seats and door, and some dirt spots behind the driver seat as well as the center compartment were just missed completely. These are just the things I noticed so who knows what else I discover over the next few days. Andrew fixed everything I mentioned so I am happy but these things shouldn’t have been missed in the first place. I paid for a level 3 detail and it seems that there was a slight lack of attention to detail. Is it unreasonable for me to think that after a detail a car should be spotless? I don’t think so.

I regularly take my Honda Civic to Jim’s Detail Shop in Federal Way to have it washed and twice a year to have it detailed. I’m always very satisfied with the appearance of my vehicle after the technicians finish the job. I’d like to recognize Andrew and Kevin for their friendly, professional service and meticulous attention to detail.

Where to start. These days it’s difficult to find a business that actually cares about what they do AND how their customer will appreciate the hard work. Kevin gave me a quote to remove tint and replace on my car. Great price. Went in today and came home with a 2001 car that looked brand new. They are a full satisfaction type business. Kevin put his heart into my project and went over and beyond. Please at least check them out. You won’t be disappointed.

Our 1st time using Jim's Detail. Henry was great to deal with. The price he quoted was what we paid, no surprises. We could not stop smiling when he pulled our 2012 Camry out. Beyond our expectations. Jim's crew seemed just as happy about the results as we were. Thanks and I've already scheduled our 2014 Veza for the same treatment.

I work a split shift so, I dropped my car off which have them 3 hours to work. Got my car and a miracle had been performed. It was brand new.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

Jim's did an awesome job on my window tinting on my new truck! I was happy with the pricing, quality, and speed in which Kevin got me in! Kevin is super nice and did an excellent job. Andrew in the shop was very pleasant and kind as well! Very friendly and had wonderful customer service skills! I will be back for service in the future with them. I was able to see some of the finished detailing projects they had worked on when I was there waiting and I was impressed with their quality and pricing for those services as well!
