This was my first time coming to this location. I've been going to jiffy lube for my oil changes for 10 years, this was the first time anyone's ever told me I did not have the correct oil for my car. I get synthetic oil changes but with the miles I drive in between changes she said I need full synthetic. Though I said I've never had an issue, the worker insisted so I complied. She told me my oil change would be $80 which is what I normally pay so great. My low beam was out so she popped in a new bulb and told me my total was $156. When I asked about the price she said it was from a bulb change and I said no, there's no way I can afford a $70 bulb I do not want it. She told me to pull out of the bay and the other worker will assist me in resetting my oil. She brought me my statement for $135 saying she took $20 off which they never do. I felt ripped off from start to finish with the insisting and ignorance of my refusal.

If you need a quick oil change come here if you have the extra time go somewhere else. They don’t greet you properly, they’re lowkey kind of passive aggressive. The base price for the oil change is reasonably under $100 but with taxes included and everything else it came out to almost double the price listed. I would’ve been more content and rated them higher if they had spoke to me with more respect ?

Poor and rude customer service the guy tells me the pipes are frozen so he can’t provide me with the oil I need for my car and that the oils he has unfrozen would cost more I asked him why can’t he just discount the oil change to the price I would originally pay or tell me when to come back at another time he starts huffing and puffing telling me he has to call his manager and get the approval I say ok he comes back tells me he can give me $10 off I asked him if he called his manager apparently he never did he proceeds to huff and puff with an attitude like I’m inconveniencing him! I ended up going to a different jiffy lube treat your customers right you were rude for no reason!

As I was in the bay I told the first employee that I did not have my phone with the email that I received my $10.00 coupon he said that he would give it to me the $10.00 discount and I thank him. While the oil change is happening all I seen them do on top it check my air filter and not top off the fluids I ask the other two to do So, they said they did which did not ever happen. Then they said they were done when it came time to pay for the service I told them that the first gentleman was going to honor my 10.00 dollar discount and the guy ask the wrong person if he said he said no that's when I explained what happened and he made it sound like they would honor the discount. After about 10 minutes or so he hand me my card back without a receipt and act suspicious I also notice that the employee smelt like Marijuana, so when I was home on my phone I noticed that your employee did lie to me a regular customer of 20 plus yrs mind you and with the same dodge truck with 20 yrs of jiffy lube services from oil changes to radiator service bulbs changed and wipers changed was rob of a lousy 10 dollars. So I had to drive back to get was owed to me as the forth employee help me he turned out to be the manager and told him what had happened he correct the bill with no offer of remorse and no apology. Boy if this is what service is going to be like ,I will soon be a patron of Valvoline and go there for service.Thank you for reading this Daniel Ajeto

We were at the location at 305th and pacific hwy 5 minutes before opening. At 5 minutes past 8am the guy opened the door and, without even acknowledging us, walked around in front of our car moving things. A few more minutes with no communication and we lost our desire to have him work on our car and left.

The oil change service was efficient and the employees were friendly. I was worried they would try to sell me something I didn't need, but they were honest and showed me my air filter was still good! They checked everything and refilled all the fluids. The seemed to have good processes in place to ensure that the team worked together efficiently and covered all the points on the service. I was very happy with the oil change service and would go back.Service: Oil change

I was thoroughly impressed with the manager at that specific Jiffy Lube. Super down to earth and friendly & it was a enjoyable experience. He saw my plants in my car and that unlocked a can of worms haha! We discussed plants for a long while... his true passion, very knowledgeable on both cars and plants! ???

The manager was REALLY nice and conversational. I really appreciate down to earth people... thanks uhhhh.... hmmm... I keep thinking Eric but I don't think that was his name. Anyway thanks manager that was super knowledge about plants! I'll hopefully be bringing back those lights for you! ???☠️

I arrived with a tight window of time to get my oil changed, and even though the team was short handed, they worked efficiently and got my rig taken care of quickly and were communicative about the steps they were taking while patiently answering questions I had about the service. Really appreciate these guys and recommend service at this location!

Last time I'll be coming here. Came in to get an oil change...spent more than 2 hours here. After 90 minutes, they recommended I get my battery replaced...so I said sure...they said it would only take a few min. After about 30 min they asked me if I could go get a new bolt from the auto shop because apparently they accidentally broke the original bolt when installing the new battery. What kind of request is that? I told them that I'll just go home with the broken bolt they jerry rigged to prop the new battery up. I felt like I was going to waste more of my time and possibly have them mess something up more. This was by far the most bizzare experience I've ever had. I'll be asking my neighbor to help me finish Jiffy's botched battery replacement job. What in the actual f***
