Not satisficed with the outcome! The response is the typical response. I think that there is lack of communications with the service person and the service writer. I was finally told at the 2nd or 3rd visit that there was a RECALL NOTICE (not a TSB) and it had been addressed, they didn't look at the previous repair and wanted to charge me a 2nd itme! I think what irritates me the most is the fact the dealership is under staffed (which in these times are not unusual), the fact that I am a woman (which they will highly deny) and that once complaints have been logged they do not respond until you post a negative response everywhere! I originally wrote a long letter explaining the situation to the service manager with no response after a month! I filed a complain with the Better Business Bureau again with no response! This is very poor business practice!! When you call and leave a message NO ONE calls you back! It finally took a negative review on YELP to get this acted on. It looks like I am not the only one to have complaints about the service department! I have no choice but to live with it but the only thing I will continue to have done is my lifetime oil change since it is a contract that I can't get out of it! Other than that Jet Chevrolet will not get any other business from me and I will also tell friends never to use them!

I was looking to get a new car for a while, and I found a 2023 Tahoe at Jet Chevy and bought the car three weeks ago. The salesperson, Cole, is the coolest guy to work with. He truly cares about the customers and is very respectful. Even though English is not my first language, he tried to listen carefully to what I was trying to say and understand. The financing guy, Matt is also a super awesome guy. Overall, I had an outstanding experience at Jet Chevrolet, and I'll recommend this place if my friends want to buy Chevy cars.

Jason, Blazer and Matt were assume to work with. Very personable and no high pressure sales or tag teaming the customer like you see at so many other dealerships. Nice to see no convenience fee or dealer markup for a change especially when you see dealerships adding thousands of dollars due to supply chain issues. I also needed service and they got me right in. Other dealership I used with my previous pickup was months out to make service appointments. Jet Chevrolet is what other dealerships should try and emulate. Jet could end up being the Dave Smith of the PNW.

The men at the counter were very nice. The waiting area was comfortable. Went to leave with my car and the check engine light was on. Went back in and the man at the counter went out and found the problem and fixed it with no problem. He was so kind. Thank you for the excellent service.

In August 2023 I purchased a 2021used Ram promaster van, I had a great experience with the sales staff. Rory helped me with the paperwork , all went very smooth. There were a few minor issues with the van and Rory was great in helping me get them resolved. I would recomend Rory and Jet Chevrolet if you are looking for a good used vehicle.

I went yesterday day on Wednesday morning on 09/20/2023To buy from the dealers ( jet Chevrolet on federalway wa ) a new 2023 Chevrolet Subarban I negotiate with a general manager of sales about the car & I don't getting the car for some reason finally he said to me ( you wasted my time ) with bad titude & bad customer service everSo never recommended any one to go thereIf i have less than one star i will do it

Drove to Jet from Puyallup to look at new trucks and trade in our truck. Jason came out to greet us. He was friendly and easy going. We ended up going in and ran numbers. Blazer the sales manager was fair and no pressure sales. Very accommodating. We didn't have time to finish so they had everything ready first thing next day. Matt was great in finance and got us best rate. Highly recommend. Overall great experience

Rory was great showing us all the different Traverse SUV models we were looking to purchase. He explained about the different options available and listened to what was important to us. He was very patient with my husband and I in evaluating all our options and also going through all the paperwork. He explained how everything worked in the vehicle we purchased. We highly recommend Rory at Jet Chevrolet.

Phil aka 'Dr. Phil' was a joy to work with! Bought our 2023 Tahoe with him and he made the whole process less about the sale and more about the customer and what we needed. Very respectful and we are extremely happy with our purchase. He even took the time to get us set up with our devices in the new car and showed us all the neat features. He's a gem and we will be back in the future ?

Frustrated with these guys. They don't know how to communicate. We took our car in last week and haven't heard a word back from anyone!!! We have called many times and keep getting "I'll take note that you called and have him call you back when he gets back in" or the "I'll transfer you to him" then goes to voicemail. Ridiculous!! At least give us an update! It's been 7 days! Unprofessional and frustrating.

This dealership will let your co-signer play games with your life. They allow one person to think one thing and let me think another. I definitely do not recommend this dealership unless you're into toxic games. My deal was finalized and funded and they still came and took my car from me. They don't care about people they care about lining their pockets. Definitely will never do business here again. On top of all this they ran my credit 75+ times. I will be reporting them to the BBB

Philip Barber was incredibly professional and helpful throughout the entire process of getting a new car. I highly recommend working with him if you are looking to buy or trade in. He worked with us every step of the way and made sure we were comfortable with everything. Always super honest (everyone there is including the manager and finance team)! 10/10!

I bought my first car in 20 years this past Jaunary at Jet Chevrolet in ***********. The night I bought it they kept it over night because the service **** didn't have time to look at my headlights because they seemed to be foggy looking to me. I went back to pick my car up the next morning with my son and we noticed the front bumper didn't look right. **** looked at it with us and confirmed it wasn't like that the day before. So I had to make an appointment to have it looked at all said and done I had bought the car the 1st and I didn't get it back until the 16th. So it took a couple weeks. All looked good at that point. About a month and a half later going over the Narrows bridge I noticed banging in my wheel well. I pulled over on the freeway and looked and there were actual pieces of my wheel well cut out and slapping my wheel as I drove it. My husband had to wrap it up so I could make it to the dealership. When I got there I told **** again what was happening and that's when we were told a lot attendant drove the front end over a concrete block then reversed it and tore apart my front end. **** told me the kid was fired as if that was to make me feel better. They gave me a loaner car and said he would have it fixed. I was called to pick up on March 27th, (not fixed) April 8th, (not fixed) April 15th, (not fixed) and last date for pick up was April 17th and still not fixed. My husband was upset because we had spent so much time going back and forth and at one point when I went to go pick it up they had emptied the car as if it was for sale. My plates and covers were gone, all my items in the glove box and in the hatch back were gone they ripped my 2 necklaces off the rear view mirror and broke them both. Some things I never got back but they took the ******* hanging from my turn signal with my mom's ashes it and it wasn't in the box of the few of my items were in. Apparently that was in a place that they keep "special looking" items. It's really sad!
