I had a family heirloom ring that just needed “something” to freshen it up and make it really mine. I took it to Jeffrey's Jewelry Design Studio for ideas, and MAN, did they deliver! John listened to everything I had to say, and he asked really smart questions. He helped me see what I already liked and what I might want to change. He helped me figure out how to make the changes in phases so that I could move at the right speed for me (and my budget!). He was never about making a quick sale; he was about making a long-term customer who would keep coming back. Jeffrey's Jewelry Design Studio is a full-service custom jewelry shop that also sells estate jewelry on consignment. Their custom work is top-notch; their prices are very competitive; and their customer service is outstanding. Five stars, highly recommended!

I have had jewelry repaired, cleaned, and sized here and have always had a wonderful experience. Everyone is friendly, including the 2 security guards aka rottweilers. I will continue coming here and highly recommend it to others.
