“Look, I’ve only been with progressive for 2-3 months now and the rates beat geico. I filed an auto accident claim and let me tell you.. since Friday, I’ve been stressed, depressed and was a total mess. That’s not something I typically admit, usually I man it out. But when I talked to Robby today, he went above and beyond. He was almost headed out the door but he got my voicemail and called me back solely bc he empathized with me. Most people would’ve just walked out at the end of their shift.
Now, we’ve only started on the claim today, so I hope he’s as good as the value he shared with me today, but what he did was educate me exactly on the process of how the entire process works. The what ifs and buts, timeline expectation and importantly, the financial parts of the claim, he diligently explained and felt like I was human.
I used to be with GEICO and I spoke to them prior to this. I’m SO GLAD that I’m NOT with them anymore. They talked to me and accused me when even the cards in this situation are in my hand. I just wanted medical treatment and they indirectly denied me and gave me an offer which was like spitting on my face. Robby gave me peace of mind and I know I can sleep better tonight. I appreciate you man.
