Super disappointed with this branch. I stopped here after seeing there was 11 product in stock at this location. I talked with 3 different employees including pro services and they were unable to find the product that showed 11 in stock. I spent 45 minutes this morning walking circles with different employees and still did not find it. Not a fun start to my day

I love coming to Home Depot. It is one of my favorite places as the quality of the products is great, the store is easy to navigate and the staff is mostly friendly. I will definitely return as I signed up for a pro account, and I plan to use it.

Worst Home Depot I've been to. The people in flooring can't be bothered to help customers with simple questions probably because they don't know anything once you do ask them something. Also if employees are going to talk trash about a customer calling them a B****, they should not be foolish and immature enought to do it in front of another customer.

Will never purchase anything from Home Depot, they are stealing your money by charging you interest without any reason. I just noticed I was paying interest for last 8 months and their CS don't understand and wont help. Closed my home depot credit card.

Stopped in here looking for a nut/bolt-driver, the guy in the section was almost zero help. He was more content with chatting it up with another customer about fishing instead of helping me, the customer who had a question trying to locate the tool I needed that was not out on the shelf.

Your chance of getting friendly sincere assistance: 75%. You're more likely to find someone that will help you begrudgingly and answer your questions sarcastically. Worst yet, prices you find on the app is not what you will find in store. You can select pick up from store and it's one price, but if you want to grab something while you're at the store, be ready to pay 33% more.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Employees are lazy and completely incompetent. Questions are met with a blank stare and at best a shoulder shrug. Need something on the top shelf? Best wait two hours. That is if they even have someone who can drive the forklift. But they wont actually tell you that until you wait for the two hours. Cashiers are also either completely indifferent and don't even notice you when you need help, or super rude and treat every interaction with you like your a crack head trying to heist the entire tool section. Literally every interaction I have had with an employee at this store has been terrible. If home depot employees danced the limbo they would most certainly go as low as you could go.
