I wish I could give zero star. RUN AWAY!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY to ship your vehicle!!!! My SUV was all scared up on the hood, both right/left and top. They refused to give me their insurance for claim for damages. The owner/driver threatened me if I don't pay up. I had cashier check ready to play as soon as they give insurance for claim. It's like dealing with Mafia.

I recently used Montway which uses Haulcars as a partner to ship cars, while shipping my 2 Subaru's from Chicago to Washington 2 months ago. In the process my car was damaged and my wife and I had to jump through multiple hoops just to get it fixed. I am still waiting on a check from the Washington manager (Daryl) to replace my plates and license plate cover that was lost in the process of them shipping my car. I would recommend using a different car shipping service if possible. The communication coordination to get my car delivered was awful and inconvenient.

Horrible service, no contact, 5 days late!! Would never recommend. Car sat in a lot for 4 days while I tried to find it and make arrangements for someone to be home to receive it.This company makes everything very easy and tons of calls and communication assuring you that your dates for pick-up and delivery will be within their ‘window’ estimated...at least 6 calls trying to get the bid, then at least 4 more trying to sell extra insurance that isn’t needed if the car is insured already. Day before pick-up, was informed it was an additional $100 to have those specific dates applied, by then your hands are tied, so I acquiesced. Car was picked up on the 7th, 5-7 est delivery at most & went with them for the ‘constant contact from dispatch’ first message from trucking company was a delivery the 15th, that is NOT in the time frame & it took me 12 phone calls & 3 online ‘live chat’ msgs to get any response & no one knew anything. No one knew where my car was & couldn’t tell me anything, 3 days of promises to get back to me, 5 more calls, said delivery was sat 15th...I made arrangements for someone to be there to accept the vehicle. Sat. mid day comes around and a call that the car will be delivered Monday. No one still knows where it is & no other info or return calls. Monday I get a call at 5pm, where are you, the driver is waiting?!? To get the car you must accept the paperwork, so I did, only if they’d tell me where it’s been.... in a car lot 20 min away since Friday. Furious, not one person there cares, knows anything about your vehicle, nor cares, you must pay in full upfront & then just plan an extra week or so at any time for delivery. No refund for the extra $100 I paid for specific dates, ZERO accountability, ZERO interest or remorse that they never knew where it was, no communication & no help. AWFUL COMPANY!!! Only out to be a shady middle man with no accountability. Paid salesman Zach Zangle and NEVER heard from him again...still haven’t.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY to ship your vehicle!!!! From the very beginning they were never honest with us! They say “these are miner scratches” I received my BRAND New 2017 van with MAJOR scratches on top of the roof! (From the transporting truck) the worse thing about it was the fact that the haulcars yes, at first, was going to help us out with it until they realize I wanted a body shop company to do it and it cost “Too much for them”.... so then they told me I had to used my own car insurance!! I wanted it to look brand new.... Is that a lot to ask for? Remember this vehicle ONLY had 34 miles on it! It should have not had this on the WHOLE HALF of the roof! IT SHOULD HAVE NOT HAD ANY SCRATCHES!!!! I understand every story has 2 sides however, take it from me I’m not in it for the money! And I’m not in it to hurt people like other people are!!!!! I paid $40,000 CASH for this vehicle, I did not want there charity, I just wanted their professionalism, which they fell short of!!! READ the reviews!!!! Listen to the people, not the company!

I'm really happy with the transport service I received from Haulcars (transport was from Seattle to the Bay Area). Was able to get my vehicle picked up quickly (within 2 days) and delivered in 5 days. This quick turn around was much needed in my situation. Price was completely reasonable and response was quick via Yelp's messaging. Would use again for sure.

Around a month ago guys delivered my Audi from Raleigh to Tacoma. Since the beginning service was on the high level. Haulcars' reps were attentive and all of my questions were responded. Car was picked up and dellivered in time. I received constant update on the status of the vehicle, which was extremely important to me as long as I have had some special requirements concerning delivery. Certainly will recommend them to all of my friends!

Had my car shipped from Atlanta to Seattle. Service was good but timing was a couple days off. That's why 4 stars. But due to 1 day delay manager gave me 50$ off for next order.
