My wife goes to this salon to get her hair cut and dyed. She always looks amazing when done! My wife speaks highly of the hairdresser. Not a fancy place, however the service and the personal attention she receives cannot be compared:)!
Requested style: She listens and provides exactly style that is desired.
Specialties: my wife has hair loss and wears a hair topper. The salon staff is patient and even dyes her hairpiece to match her natural hair perfectly. No one can tell the difference.
Hair type: Hair is shoulder length. Hair loss to crown. Wears a human hair topper. Salon staff does amazing work, where you cannot tell that a hair topper is being worn. Beautiful job!
Stylist: The stylist is the owner. There for about 20 years, same location. My wife goes to no one else. Thank you for making my wife look as beautiful on the outside as she is on the inside.

This was an emergency! Usually the Salons in WA from my experience have told me when requesting hair color I need to make appointment and usually it’s a few days out. I called Hair Creations and immediately she got me me in. I try to save money and did it at home. But clearly if you’re not a professional, you shouldn’t touch your hair. I walked in, and her face expression was hilarious. We both got a good laugh out of it. But she did a wonderful job and it didn’t take that long. She was very fast and this would’ve cost me $500+ somewhere else. She gave me a good price. I recommend hair creations. 100%.

Botched up my hair and left me looking for someone else to fix it :( don't recommend for any sort of coloring service - can't say for hair cuts as I didn't let her do anything else to my hair

I visited Hair Creations the 8th of June. Ivy gave me the most incredible cut!! She is so professional and friendly I’ve never been so pleased!! I was clearly nervous and she was very patient and made me feel at ease. I HIGHLY recommend her and her salon. This is the result…..I LOVE it!

I came in for a men's tight curl perm. This was my 3rd perm ever and first time by ivy. She did the best job and she was fast. My perm only took about a hour, all my other perms that had me there for 2.5 hours and they put too much chemicals and would have my sitting under that hot lamp for a hour straight. She was really nice I'm definitely coming back.

Haircut was okay, asked for curtain bangs and they look pretty bad. Main reason for review is my experience checking out. I accidentally put my card upside down so it came back as an error. The lady kept telling me they don’t take my card and it’s not gonna work in front of the other people waiting after just 1 attempt (was pretty embarrassing) after I assured her to let me flip it around & that it was just upside down it worked and even then she still tried to embarrass me by doubting it went through and saying she didn’t think it worked when it printed out a merchant and customer copy. On the machine you can enter tip before entering pin & the first time around I entered $10 for a mediocre $28 cut - the second time around she entered it herself and I wish I would have spoken up and taken my tip back after she stereotyped me. She didn’t deserve a tip after the embarrassment, let alone the generous one I gave her.
