Well I must say that they got the right management in here I've been here almost 9 years and I am so happy I'm really happy now I was ready to move until New Management took over Taylor Simone and Ashley are godsend angels my personal review is they put the best management team ever here and I'll be here till my ending days anyways God bless and enjoy the rest of your week oh and by the way I got all new appliances so grateful. I had to add this I've been living here for almost 9 years and all of my pictures and special pictures and mirrors are all sitting against the wall since new management came I am actually putting pictures up fixing my apartment the way I want to because I know I'm here permanently I kept pictures boxed in mirrors and special pictures to put on my walls that way because I knew I would be moving I just didn't know what year I would be moving so I kept a lot of stuff boxed up but because because of Taylor Simone and Ashley I am grateful that they are management they made it possible for me to live here comfortably and be happy I'm actually happy I had to add that take care of yourself and be safe and God bless.

Had no problem with the staff and maintenance, but the the entitled neighbors. The environment was safe for the 2 years when we moved in until the 3rd year. Cops started showing up, not 1 but 6. Cars be flying by the parkings like it's a freeway while kids are outside. And music be blasting late at night at the parking area, not being noisy but try to have a common sense people are sleeping. Other than that we had a great time with you grey stone meadows. Thank you for your service.

I had the pleasure of living at Greystone Meadows for 10 months with my family, and it was a wonderful experience. From the moment we moved in, we felt welcomed and well taken care of by the amazing staff. The property manager is always showing genuine concern for both the success of the property and the well-being of its residents. At the office we were always greeted with welcoming hello's and smiles and every maintenance request we made was addressed promptly and efficiently. It's clear that they are dedicated to maintaining a high standard of living for everyone.
The grounds are beautifully maintained, with constant updates and upgrades that keep the complex looking fresh and modern. Whether it's the landscaping, common areas, or amenities, everything is kept in great condition. The gym, one of the amenities at Greystone Meadows, is excellent! It’s well-equipped, clean, and never too crowded, making it easy to keep up with fitness routines.
I highly recommend Greystone Meadows Apartment Homes to anyone looking for a new place to live!

I have a family member who is disabled and has been residing at Greystone Meadows for at least 15 years. The staff at Greystone far exceed customer service. When I walk in, I’m greeted with kindness, respect and immediate ‘what can we do for you’?
My family member recently required additional medical support, requiring a cosmetic change to the apartment. I met with Taylor to explain the recommendations, there are no words to describe how grateful and appreciative I am with Taylor. He not only worked with the modifications but understood exactly what was needed and assured the project was 100% to my satisfaction.
To the staff and Taylor, thank you! you continue to provide a safe and pleasant home environment for my family member.

I really enjoy it here. Staff is friendly, maintenance is quick and does a great job, and they keep the grounds and buildings really clean and well maintained. I have been here 3 years and I have no plans to leave.

We have lived here for a little over a year and we are extremely satisfied with the services that are provided from not only the office staff but as well as the maintenance! Ashleigh has been helpful numerous times whenever we need her assistance. Simone has always been helpful whenever I would call the office for any maintenance need or any advice within the property. Always welcoming when visiting the office and as they are around the property they always greet the tenants :) When we had issues with the dryer, it was taken care of in a timely manner, the maintenance guy was awesome. He kindly explained the issue and did let us know it might take a while since a part needed to be ordered but yet it was immediately taken care of the day after! We can't express how thankful we are to live on a property that takes very good of their tenants in every way that they can. Thank you for all you do, we appreciate every one of you!

The assistant manager Ashleigh Sweeten at Greystone Meadows is great to work with. She will take on whatever problem you have as her own and will not stop till a solution is met. She provides great customer service and is a great asset to the team. Its always a pleasure to work with her!

This is a place I would highly recommend Anyone to move into. I have been very satisfied and feel safe. Taylor management makes sure you are well taken care of. While Symone follows up with a cheerful warm smile making sure all paperwork is in order. I haven’t had one single complaint since moving here and I can say when I walk in the office everyone is welcoming. I’m not a pet person but I will say the grounds are kept clean and poop free. I wouldn’t even know animals live in the apartment homes if I didn’t see them being walked. I absolutely love it here I’m renewing my lease…??

Ashleigh has been, in the past year, so accommodating, friendly and efficient whenever we have had any sort of issue. The maintenance team are also very efficient and respective, especially Batman. Everytime a question or concern arises, the woman in the office, ashleigh, always has the time to resolve it quickly and nicely. You can tell she loves her job. Always so helpful! Very grateful for her!

Expensive, nasty, pest and mold infested. Staff refuses to communicate. Maintenance will let your work order sit for a week before bothering to come and look, does a cheap fix (if they do anything at all). Streets riddled with potholes. Obnoxious neighbors. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for housing.Unfortunate because the proximity to things is nice. I’ve been incredibly disappointed in my stay here.
