The barber I had was very lazy with her cuts. I told her I wanted my hairstyle the same, a comb over, but a bit shorten out of my eyes. She basically cut it the way a 5 year old would cut their bangs without the use of a comb. She then argue that this is what I wanted emphasizing on my request for short hair. I was going to this place for about a year now and this is the worst haircut I got from them. Although most of the staff was professional and liked I most likely won't be going to that location again.

Checked in online. Arrived. I was the only name on the screen and only customer waiting. Had to repeat my name and that I checked in online TWICE. I was asked if I was ready, told stylist I needed to use the restroom. I came out of the restroom and stylist was cutting a new customer's hair. She told me, "Now you wait".
I sent an email to corporate. I received a quick apology and was told the owner of the franchise would be contacting me. A week later, no contact has been made to me.

UPDATE: They have new staff. I have short hair and it's a simple cut every time. The new staff refuse to follow the simple instructions. She tossed the note onto the counter, said "This too much. Just tell me what you want." She was reluctant to cut it the way I wanted. I did not get the cut I wanted. This used to be my 5 star hair salon because they always kept notes on our hair cuts so it was always the same. After 9 yrs of using this place, I have to find a new place to cut my hair.

The haircut was fine the lady that did it did not seem very enthusiastic about me coming in, she had an empty place of business and seemed like I had Interrupted her and got me out of the way as fast as humanly possible.

My mom just got the worst haircut of her life at this location. The only other customer was a guy who wanted a re-cut.I'll never go back there and I don't think anyone else should either.

I went to get my hair cut day before leaving on my cruise I've had this same hair cut for a while so it just needed trimmed I cant beleive how bad she screwed my hair up she just chopped it on the one side it's been almost a month and it still isn't grown enough to go have it fixed and I had to go on my cruise with my hair so messed up I had to wake it behind my ears I'll never go back there agian never. I only give a star because the girl was very nice but I do not see how she can work cutting hair

They got me in right away. Receptionist was friendly and professional. The man who cut my hair did exactly what I asked him to. He was very fast. My only complaint is the details. They don't wash and style your hair, and the final touches like making sure the hair is even and blends nicely wasn't done. It was an okay experience. I'll probably go back.

I said nothing to the girl about taking lanth off my son's hair... I just wNted it under shaved and she cut about 4 inches off. We were devastated. My son is 13 and VERY attached to his hair. Worst experience of his lifeService: Kids' cuts

Checked in online with name and phone number. Get there and the lady keep’s demanding my address for checkin. I point out I used a phone number to checkin, there was no address field. She keeps demanding my address. I’m not giving you my address for a haircut ???
She says fine then argues with me that I don’t need a hair cut. Go to a barber shop. ?????? so I left.
