I've been running a fleet account just down the street from Glenn's for the past 5 years, and they have been an excellent partner throughout. They are incredibly reliable and communicate very well, always ensuring I'm kept in the loop. On the rare occasions when there's an issue, they go above and beyond to make it right. I highly recommend Glenn's for anyone looking for top-notch service and a team that truly cares about their customers.

After doing some price comparing, I'm going to avoid this place. I did some shopping around and the price I was quoted here was insane. For a lower oil pan replacement, quoted over 8 hours of work for a total of $1,600 on a 2015 Nissan Altima 4cyl. I got a quote from Bucky's for a little over $300. The total cost for me to do it myself, going from having no tools to buying all the tools and components I would need would come to $320.37 after tax (buying from AutoZone), and the repair takes 2-3 hours max taking time to learn the process. These sound like the exact type of people you've been told to avoid: overcharging because who is going to know the difference. I'm going with Bucky's.

I don't like doing one star reviews. You can look at my history and it shows that I try to only review places when they're 5 star places. Right now though, I'm in a compromised position. Money is tight, and I need my car for work. I don't have the luxury to faff about with my finances because a mechanic wants some insurance money I may or may not be capable of supplying.

My go to and trusted auto repair shop. Usually they have some type of coupon or discount/promo going on. But this time no deals and prices went up. Close to $150 for full synthetic oil change for Tahoe.

Had a horrible experience with the previous management and shop team screwing my brakes up, costing me another brake job and a rental on top of that with no interest whatsoever in making things right after giving them thousands of dollars of business with prior staffing.
Firstly, that manager at that time and those technicians are not there anymore.
The new team went ahead and promptly got ahold of me about the issue and not only refunded me the full amount to fix the brakes, but they also compensated me for the cost of the rental.
They were a great shop before the momentary lapse of poor staffing, and are back to being a high quality, affordable, and honest shop.

Great work. Took car in for oil change and they found I need new cabin filter and my right high beam light is out. I never would have known.

My go-to mechanic. Highly recommended for all things car related. I have had them rebuild a Honda engine, redo breaks in a Toyota, tune up some other vehicles over the years, and I have always found them to be honest, fair priced, and the work high quality.

Tow truck driver dropping off a vehicle, was met by two different employees with disrespect and borderline hostility for not parking a runnable vehicle in the right spot. Just shows how little work there willing to do. Can’t speak on there quality of repair, but customer service is seriously lacking.

I had a my SUV towed to Glenn’s after hours, parked in front and dropped my keys in the drop box. I received a text message at exactly 8am stating that they had my SUV. Talked to Jeff a little after that, which he is GReAt! They were able to fix my brakes, change filters, do an oil change and sent my SUV out for new tires by 4pm same day. I picked up at 4:30. Great experience!

I brought my Lexus LS in for a complete controller arm + bushing replacement. This was by no means an easy job. Jeff and Maury made sure everything was copacetic and provided excellent customer service. They went above and beyond when they didn’t have to! These guys are amazing. I have an Audi A4 Quattro so just to find someone that is good and willing to work on an Audi is amazing in this area. They are fast and very clear! They send you your diagnosis over text as well as your quote for repairs. They said that they were going to do and didn't deviate from it. And they were very timely. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GLENN'S AUTO AND TRUCK REPAIR!!! THANKS GUYS!
