My husband & I have been using this pharmacy for many years & are extremely pleased with the service we receive. The staff members are professional, courteous & friendly. The pharmacists (who seem to always be extremely busy) always take the time to speak with me (both in person & phone calls) about questions/concerns I have about various medicines, etc. I find it shocking that they don't receive 5 ☆'s from all. Perhaps only the disgruntled post reviews...

I have switched Pharmacies in this last year. I want to say how amazing Fred Meyers Pharmacy has been at this Twin Lakes location! They are always on top of things! Fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and honestly… pleasant! It is amazing how being friendly and kind towards people can impact ones personal experience. All the counter employees are nice and the pharmacist is very kind as well. I have really appreciated how delightful my experience this last year has been. (I went from Rite-aid to CVS to Safeway to Costco… and finally have found out pharmacy home @ Fred Meyer!)

Fred Meyer Pharmacy is pretty awesome when it comes to sorting out your health needs. It's like they've thought of everything to make life easier. You can swing by for your groceries and get your prescriptions filled at the same time, which is super convenient. The employees working there are super friendly and know their stuff, always ready to answer any questions or offer advice without making you feel rushed. Plus, you hardly ever have to wait long to get your meds, and they've got this nifty system that reminds you about refills. They even do vaccinations, so it's like a one-stop-shop for health. In a nutshell, Fred Meyer Pharmacy offers great vibes alongside great service - it's pretty much a win-win.

Has to be the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. Doesn’t matter if you call ahead to make sure your prescription is ready. It won’t be. If you verify they even have your prescription in stock before showing up you get the “oh yeah, we don’t have it in.” Not normally one to leave a bad review. Let it go the first few times. But this is ridiculous. Do better.

Complaint and Description of employee: Long dark brown curly hair, a balled lip piercing, black square shaped glasses and about 5'5 and appear to be female!Hello there! I recently, around noon today went to Fred Meyers to do my usual shopping. I went ahead to self checkout today and had planned to use two different payment methods at the self checkout. So, I went ahead and scanned the items that I wanted on my first card and paid for them using the scanner. I put the scanner down after scanning the items that I wanted on the first payment method I intended on using. After, as I was getting ready to scan the other items, the cashier, was staring at my screen trying to observe what I have scanned so far and they very loudly said "it looks like you have only scanned 7 items". And I mentioned to them that "I am using another payment method along with the one I just previously used". After that, they watched every other thing that I scanned for the second time and it felt uncomfortable. I could see if I was trying to make an exit and trying to leave with un-scanned items, but I wasn't at all! I also decided not to put any of my items in a fredmeyer bag and they mentioned that I was supposed to? (I had my own reusable bags in my car) I've just never heard of that!!

So far I have no complaints about this store. It's clean, I find everything I need and I never have to wait long to check out with a person.

I would give this place zero stars if possible. The pharmacist here is willing to break the law to play doctor and will cancel the prescriptions he doesn't like people to have even though he has zero medical training, is not a doctor, and your doctor has prescribed them and deemed them necessary. We will be taking legal action against them.

I like to shop at Fred Meyer and I expect the highest quality so I was verydisappointed when I started peeling my russet potatoes to find they were probably out of storage and there was not even one unblemished potatoes. I have had better potatoes from Walmart and Winco. !! However I will continue to shop there but may buy produce elsewhere.

Can't speak to the in-store experience. I purchase all my groceries using the pick-up service. It's great!

First time here and wasn’t impressed at all.I asked my Dr. to send my prescription to this pharmacy, and usually after about an an hour or so you’ll walk up and let them know you’re here for a pickup. Well I did and the snotty lady was asking information other than my name or phone number to pickup the order. She ended up looking up other options to help me, she finally found it. Then was told it’ll be about another 30 min or so to pickup. I ended up running another errand to get a text about 10 min later it was ready for pickup. I usually go to Bartell but picked this one since it was close. Won’t be coming back.

Can you say, "Horrible customer service and pharmacist fallow suit. There lack of thinking that it's a customer based business they don't see it that way. They see it as them helping us. Get out of here your done! Do you hear me Mr. Pharmacist! Price are bad as well. I went in January 2, 2023 about 10 am. I never want to see there lame faces again.horrible horrible business.

They recently installed coded locks on the restrooms ? I asked 3 different employees and nobody knew the code.
