Pros:‣ Generally short waits for lab and pharmacy services‣ Friendly doctorsCons:‣ Very long waits for doctors‣ Some nurses had god complex‣ Administrative/front desk assistants would hang up calls they didn't know how to service‣ Poor communication amongst staff which resulted in lots of calling back and forth to figure out simple information

My dad has been using this pharmacy for couple years and is very happy with their customer service. If there were any issues with prescription refills, staff was very helpful in fulfilling them as soon as possible. Alina was great and helped us multiple times to resolve prescription issues.
