I can’t thank Flower by Chi enough for the beautiful work they did for my mother’s funeral. Losing her has been one of the hardest things our family has faced, but the care and detail that went into every arrangement truly honored her memory. From the stunning casket spray to the smaller arrangements around the service, every flower felt hand-picked and thoughtfully placed. It was clear they understood how much she meant to us and took extra care to make everything just right. Their compassion and professionalism made the process easier and brought a little bit of peace to our family on such a difficult day. include the card. Not one return call. If you want a human, don’t use this service.

I ordered a sympathy arrangement for a friend whose dad passed away. I chose an arrangement from their website under the sympathy category. I am very pleased with the one they delivered. The only thing that was wrong was the delivery date. I scheduled it for Sat, Feb 17th, but they delivered it today, Valentine's Day. It's not a big deal, but because it was for a death in the family, I wanted to avoid Valentine's day. Plus I didn't want to overload the florist on such a busy day. But if it had been different, I would have been more than pleased with the service.

I ordered a flower basket through Chi a week before a loved ones funeral and she over delivered. The funeral director complimented the basket saying it was the most beautiful arrangement he has seen. She filled it with my custom request of multiple flowers and greenery

We love Ms. Chi and her beautiful arrangements! My husband ordered a lovely bouquet and chocolates to be delivered the morning of our anniversary. The arrangement of carnations, roses, and stargazer lilies was so beautiful! The chocolates were accidentally omitted, and when this was brought to her attention, she was extremely apologetic and also asked me to apologize to my husband. A little while later, her driver showed up on my doorstep with the chocolates, and he also apologized several times. It was just so sweet and gracious. They really take their service very personally and seriously. Not only that, she upgraded the size of the chocolates to a large at no extra cost. She didn't have to do that, but it was very kind of her to do so. The flowers were so fresh, we were still displaying them more than a week later. We will always go back to Ms. Chi when we want a beautiful arrangement.

When flowers were delivered I thought it was strange to have water on the flowers but 2 days into it I notice the flower petals falling off. The roses in the arrangement were not even open. So on the paper that came with the flowers state how to care for them and it would take 1-3 days to open. Well I have it 4 days and they never opened and the roses have brown spots inside the flower. We receive flowers from other florist that last about 3 weeks because we follow the instructions that come with the flowers. I don’t know if they gave us dying flowers from the start that were just sitting around. It wasn’t a good experience from this florist.
