Recently moved to the area and they were easy to work with. I have a lease plan service vehicle they were able to take in with a couple day notice and complete the maintenance and have the vehicle back next day

Brought the vehicle in for brakes. Knowledgeable, informative individuals at the desk. Kept me informed of what was needed. Completed the work and let me know when it was ready for pickup. Brakes seem to work great.

I paid about 1,400 for my car to be fixed. They kept telling me the car was good to go, I would bring it in every other day because I kept experiencing the same thing, and supposedly they have fixed the issue. And they charged me for things I did not even ask for to be done to my car. Now it’s in a different shop and was told something completely different. Firestone could have denied service to me if they weren’t sure what they were doing. Definitely do not recommend coming here.

Quick service done in 2 hrs when I was expecting at least 3 hrs, signed up for credit card and got a sweet discount! Also Pam must love her job she is full of energy and always smiling she seems like a happy person. Firestone you better keep her and give her some credits!Only downside is a small space for waiting area, good thing I came on a weekday and went someplace else while I wait.

I enjoy working with the manager (white guy, tattoo sleeve down his right arm, glasses) but the rest of the desk staff can be thrown out with the trash and wouldn’t be missed. I went to get my car yesterday and the woman (black, very short hair, attitude a mile wide) was not only not helpful, but was downright rude. I’m seriously considering taking my many, many years of business and going to Les Schwab or somewhere.

I'm giving this three stars because I took my daughter's car down to get an alignment done after I fixed the passenger side suspensions parts. Control arm strut tie rods sway bar link. Ect. I wanted them to also rotate the tires and check the air pressure. And they were really fast at doing the alignment which was awesome. But when they came to give you my paperwork they told me they didn't rotate the tires because I needed new tires in the front and it's best to have the good tires on the back and my car is a front wheel drive not a real drive not a all-wheel drive. And my car is not like a pickup with an uneven balance of weight. And the office person told me this. I just wanted to know if they were taught that? Or did they think I was a girl that didn't know anything about fixing cars, I would have just appreciated them saying they didn't have time or something to do the rotation.

I was not treated respectfully during the service on the past Saturday. I was BANNED from coming back to this location from the store manager due to I was wearing gloves and helping the technician to find what the problem was on my vehicle. I was just showing the technician where the noise is coming from and what does it sound like. I did not physically worked on the car. I felt extremely disrespected. He was being a jerk to not only me but other employees as well. I have been in the before with other manager and I never had a problem. I'm not unreasonable and I was just expecting some simple respecting manner. I did not know what to say so I left. It is crazy to me and I do not believe that is how the company wishes to conduct business with valued customers.

Staff were friendly and helpful. I went in for what I thought was an easy fix, and they discovered it was a bigger problem than I thought. They didn't try high-pressure sales tactics to get me to buy right then, which I greatly appreciate. They also didn't charge me for the time to figure out what was wrong.
