Temu is a scam the employees I want to say the manager Kat an the man Bernard sorry I’m not good with names they both play Pokémon and where hella cool they help me with everything and they need a raise because the call centers don’t know what there talking about ! Big shout out to Brian W!! I always order my banners thru this Fedex location; indoor, outdoor, and retractables, and Brian always gets them done withing 24hrs, even if my pick-up date is a few days out, if he's there he gets it done. Mahalo Brian??!!

Service was impeccable! Went in to print something and bc it was a usb drive, it didn’t work on the regular copy/print machines, but the manager came out and helped me out immediately and got me through the quick transaction that was direly needed for the enhanced driver’s license requirement next year for travel! Loved the service!!

It was a very bad experience. We got being ignored and they were passing us several times like we are not here. Then they looked so unhappy to do their job. I have always thought that being polite is a natural thing but not for those people. I believe we got ignored because my husband is not white and those people were helping white customers who came after us and we were waiting more than 20 min just to get their attention. Racism should not exist in 2023.

The customer service people here here were extremely helpful. Estabon helped me put together two sturdy laminated outdoor sights and made it very easy for me. His team mate Kelly was also very friendly and helpful as well. They both got the two signs put together for me in less than 45 minutes. Signs look great. I will visit this location again when I have other projects I need help with

This FedEx location is conveniently located inside the Commons of Federal Way. I usually have my package delivered to this location so I can pick it up after work.
The store closes at 7 PM, and I feel bad about stopping by a bit late to pick up my package. I was there at 6:58 PM, and Jim was the one that helped me out. I got my package and was out the door around 7:07 PM.
Thanks to Jim and the fantastic crew at this FedEx location.

I like this location, the employees are always nice and they’re never crowded. They’ve also never lost any of my stuff, which is most important.

this fedex is the most unhelpful and always late. the customer service is also very unhelpful and their vans never leave on time. they also have messed up my deliveries several times. this review is a build up of me using them several times and having bad experiences, not just a one time thing.

Really nice and helpful folks, and I prefer them over other FedEx Office stores I’ve visited. Their big downside is that they don’t have a notary on site, which is super important for an overnight document company. You’ll have to show up with your documents already notarized before shipping.
