Low staff And Basically No one is available to help they won't help was my experience and a Fax cost $24 ..I was unaware of these high fees.I was Ignored And they ignored the Trainee who asked the Employee who had been there longer for help.I felt Sad the New Employee an older Gentleman was not treated very well by the longtime employee even put him Down in front of Customers.What a horrible Experience I definitely don't recommend where A Customer Myself and New Employee couldn't get help.They refused to help and another Customer even noticed and wondered why we weren't getting Service??0 Stars If I could ..I know they chose to help them with there Photos though.I appreciate they noticed but did carry on and were helping them .I myself and the new employee left standing and waiting 30 mins.The papers were important to fax so I waited .

this fedex is the most unhelpful and always late. the customer service is also very unhelpful and their vans never leave on time. they also have messed up my deliveries several times. this review is a build up of me using them several times and having bad experiences, not just a one time thing.

Okay... It's 2021 and I'm still going to a print & ship center to print things. You'd think I'd just invest in a printer, but I haven't. And I probably won't. So that's why I'm super thankful for this FedEx location! I've come in here PLENTY of times to print, and a few times to ship some things. Service has always been really great and kind. Printing is a breeze and is decently priced. Computers are quick, printing is quick. It's an easy process and payment is simple, and contact-free. It's in the Commons Mall parking lot, so there's plenty of parking as well. Thankful for FedEx for making my life easier!

Went to have some photos printed. Upon pickup, roughly half the photos had their orientations entirely changed. Had to go back and have them reprint the photos. It put me in a time crunch. Went back to have two additional photos printed. Turns out they're supposed to charge an additional $7.50 _per photo_ when you want a certain size of photo. When staff member was told that this charge didn't occur in the previous transaction (of twelve photos), she wanted to know which staff member didn't do so. Then went on to express how upset she was that she gets so much pushback on the sizing fee, and how she's _only_ doing her job, and that she's _just_ following company policy and 'but there are free tools online to resize photos, ya know.' As an assistant manager, she clearly didn't know how to either de-escalate or resolve the situation: she only knew to be defensive. FedEx Office is already unreasonably expensive for photo prints (northwards of $8/photo before other fees and taxes) then _sometimes_ makes additional charges AND has a key staff member who doesn't have problem-solving skills. Will avoid business with this place moving forwards.

I was told i needed a special form to fill out and send with my package to Nigeria. They did not have the form and could not get it from their computers. I was given a special 1-800 phone number to get help. I got transferred four times and no answers. I went online and could not get the form nor information that answered my question. I called the 1-800 number back and spoke to a person who said this store should have the correct forms for me but he could email the form to fill out and bring back to the FedEx store for shipping. It's taken a whole day when it should only have taken just an hour or so

If I had the option to choose zero stars, I would because this place isn't deserving of any. Stood there for ten minutes and not one person greeted any customers coming in. The staff is incredibly rude and have no business being in customer service at all. Why they're still working there blows my mind. Seriously FedEx, step up your game and hire better quality workers.

Had the best customer service experience today. Went in and had to mail packages to 7 different addresses. Esteban did a great job, making it a really efficient experience.

Came here to have some papers notarized right before Christmas, so of course it was a very long line. Kim, who ended up helping us, was very sweet and helpful. The papers we needed notarized didn't have a place for her to sign so she even made us copies with an added section for her to notarize. I had no idea what I was doing so her calm and practiced demeanor was a big help.

So let me set this up right. I was moving across the country I had tons of things to ship. I walked in with a bunch of loose items. Jennifer, looked at all my stuff found the best way to pack it and sent it off. I did this twice, two days back to back. Not once did she appear upset or overwhelmed she was extremely professional and so nice. I hope she knows how amazing she was. I would definitely recommend going to here. 10/10 no comparison
