I don't personally have a unit here but my customer did and she showed us around and we met some of the employees. They seem to be there when you need them and are very accommodating. I will be back here if I ever need storage and will recommend it to those in Federal Way!

The Storage unit itself was great, never had any issues. I had a 5x7 storage unit for 6 months and paid $64 a month. After 6 months they raised the rate to $104. That was way too much, too fast so I vacated. Took a couple of different calls to get it canceled but not a big deal.

It's ok, their prices are high, mainly their outsides spaces, to be, to much just to park a vehicle

This place is very clean and feels very secure. They pay for more security than extra places and it really shows. The staff is very friendly and communicative, and helped me out a lot!

They have a theft problem and don't alert the people renting. We had one unit cleared out. Then today we checked on our second unit and half of it gone. We asked if they know its happening why not letting the patrons know. No answer was given. It is a code in and out place. Why can't they find the people. It has to be someone that has a code

They will let people rob your vehicles and not go through the footage to find the criminal! I reported the crime to the office and to the police. But since they had to gothrough a whole week worth of footage, they told me there was nothing they can do. Even though the culprit left something outside my vehicle and the storage people could have jumped through the week until they saw the item outside my vehicle, narrowing the search significant!

Has been nothing but great. Service is excellent pricing is better than public storage! When there was a break in and our unit got hit. We were informed right away and the staff made sure to keep our unit locked with a separate lock until we could come in and change locks.

My trailer was stolen and they do nothing to protect your property , . Recently we learned of other peoples property being stolen . On top of everything they refuse to release video surveillance because it takes time out or their shift to do it even tho they just sit at the front desk doing nothing . This place is garbage and it's being managed by idiots . Please avoid giving this place your property and your money.
