We trusted Federal Way Custom Jewlers with designing my wife’s wedding ring over 11 years ago. They did an absolutely amazing job. It was a very complicated and intricate design that they knocked out of the park. We’ve since been back to add bands and upgrade the center stone. They continue to be friendly and trustworthy. I recommend them to anyone looking for a jeweler you can trust that has impeccable quality and class. Thanks!

I had a great experience at Federal Way custom jewelers today! I came in looking for a gift for my husband, but wasn’t quite sure what I wanted. The sales associate showed me several options and asked me a lot of questions to ultimately help me decide to purchase a ceramic ring. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch the sales associates name, but I had an overall wonderful experience and will be returning again for my next jewelry purchase. Thank you!

Great experience working with Donna at fwcj to create a custom sapphire ring. It turned out so incredibly stunning and I’m absolutely in love with it. She was so patient working through the design and the stone selection and so great with my toddler in tow for all of my appointments. Would highly recommend her and this jewelry store to anyone!

I worked with Donna for creating a custom engagement ring and was shocked how I could start with a flimsy idea of what I wanted and have it brought to life! I had very little knowledge of what to expect and a million questions. Donna is a true, very experienced professional in the jeweler field and an enormous help through the whole process from the ideas of what is viable on a realistic scale all the way to breaking down the costs and budgeting. She was very patient, helpful, and personable!I had a very complex idea to start with so I didn't expect anything less than a long time to get to the finish line but it was so worth the time and every penny towards the process.Federal Way Custom Jewelers had the best customer support from the beginning until I was happy with the finalized, end product. Definitely coming back for the marriage bands and anything else I need!

Just went in to get my watch band replaced and they were amazing! They were incredibly kind and got it fixed in a matter of minutes. Won't go anywhere else for future repairs.

When my grandmother passed away she left drawers full of jewelry behind. Helping my parents as executors of the estate, we didn't know what we were dealing with. They spent HOURS going through the jewelry with us, helped us understand which had value as fine jewelry (and approximately how much value) and which needed more research done elsewhere. We were very surprised by some items! Amazingly, they had no expectation of any business in return - they didn't even charge us for going well over the "free" 90 minutes they usually offer. They even cleaned my mom's ring, and some of the estate jewelry, at no charge. On top of that, they were extremely friendly and easy to work with, welcoming even my young baby in the store. Honest, kind people who just seem to love what they do. I would absolutely trust this place for any jewelry needs in the future.

This is the worst place I have talked to ever for repair they are very rude disrespectful talk to you as if though you are a stupid person just had a couple questions about a watch repair and the guy I spoke to I would never recommend this place to nobody they show they can do watch repair but then they tell you they have to send it out to the manufacturer

I had the pleasure of collaborating with Sean on two stunning diamond pendants. The first piece was simple and exquisite, which surpassed my expectations. However, the second one encountered unexpected challenges and needed a redesign, a service that Sean graciously provided at no additional cost which was a pleasant surprise. Throughout the entire process (about 5-6 visits), Sean's attentive approach and expert advice were invaluable. His ability to listen, coupled with insightful advice, truly set this establishment apart from the two other jewelry establishments I had explored prior to coming here. I'm grateful that I continued my search, even with the 45 minute drive and traffic. A big thank you to Sean for making me a happy and grateful customer, and I highly recommend his services to others!

Needed my wife's engagement ring repaired. The band broke and the prongs were bent. I reached out on Yelp and they responded day of quickly with an estimate and detailed repair plan based off the pictures I submitted. When I went in they were incredibly helpful and had my wife's ring repaired within a week. The ring looks brand new. Will be coming back if I need any jewelry repairs or purchases.
