The people that work here are very nice. There are only 3 parking spots here. I was just lucky and got 1. I think paying to park is ridiculous but this is Washington and that is the way it is here.The bathroom was clean, the food was hot, the staff was nice. I'm not sure what more a driver can ask for.The prices are high, just remember folks...Washington, like Oregon, is a communists block State and a suburb of Kommiefornia. They choose to live this way. It is what it is.

After purchasing $80 dollars worth of fuel on Wednesday the 13th - it was posted on my bank account within 12 hours - but the $150 hold on my funds is still holding hostage our money - it’s now Friday evening. Unheard of.

This is the best place I've ever went to, my Google pay didn't want to work and the nice gentleman with glasses payed for my drink OUT OF HIS POCKET. I got my google pay to work in the parking lot and bought a full tank and went back inside and bought a danish. GARY is simply a man that deserves it all in his life

I’m having an excellent time at Ernie’s. They have excellent deals on fuel, as well as cater to us truckers. Extremely clean bathrooms, I was surprised how good the scent smelled, have showers and even laundry. The staff are all very friendly and I’m glad I‘m spending the weekend parked here. For the all the haters, finding trucking in Washington is very difficult if not impossible and facilities like Ernie’s make the long drives convenient when we have places to park and reset. You need to check your attitude at the door. Thank you Ernie’s, my parking stop every time I pass by in Washington.

I got to give it up to Gary over here at Ernie's Federal truck stop. I was in the Tacoma area, trying to find a place to park and for the very first time in my life, I struck out three times in a row. I noticed this place on my GPS map, and called. A gentleman named Gary answered the phone, and told me there was one spot left that I could park at. I was only 2.3 miles away so I booked it on over. I got parked, went in and paid my fee. This guy was so jovial, well mannered, and accommodating, if there was more Gary's in the world, it would be so much better. Not just for the way he accommodated me, but some woman came in and asked to use the restroom. He told her "well the restroom are only for customers, but I guess I can give you a key, but if you pee on the floor, it will be the last time!" It was nice for him to be able to joke with a total stranger, and for her to be receptive to it and laugh at it. His customer service skills are spot on. The place is under construction, so their hours are only 5:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. around 5:00 I went back in there to ask if I could purchase a shower, and good ole Gary pulled through again! He walks around happy, whistling, and just a great attitude. It's not the best part of town, but the amenities are perfect, and for what it was, it was also absolutely perfect. I'll keep this place in mind next time I'm in that area, but if you ever end up in that area, stop in and at least say hi! Thank you guys for everything you did for me that night!!!!

The people here are very friendly and welcoming. They always cook your food fresh and lend hands when needed as a traveler. They are so genuine and the negative comments aren’t warrented. Please patron this place!

Got turned away from an overnight rest because we were not in a truck. They sent us to Reservation Outpost. Had no idea that was a liquor store. They sent us to a rest stop. Hoping that works for us.

Kent, WA. Truck stop:Parked, and paid $25.00 to park then was told it was not a spot. Got refunded and left. FYI...$25 a day for 55 trucks(all 55 spots are paid pkg) is $1375.00 a day and $41250.00 a month. Greedy, price gouging business. I'll never be back. Signs say "not responsible for vehicle and possession loss or damages. So, what are you getting really? Park at your own risk for $25.00 a night?? Ridiculous!!!The lot was covered in ice and hard to maneuver. Seattle area doesn't seem very trucker friendly and this is a fine example.
