Best damn pawn shop in Federal way. Honest, great prices, they always take great care of their customers. If your running late on catching up on your items, talk to them and they will work with you to prevent you losing important items. Hands down, awesome staff.

I came in and brought this ugly necklace I had found in a new car I had just bought quick and thorough they gave me $1400 and I was flabbergasted. So after the visit I went and looked up the value which I didn't do before and they gave me a 1000% fair price for it which the honestly could've got over on me since I knew nothing when I walked in the door!Thanks you guys for making my day!

Don's was a great and friendly experience, I was surprised at all the hidden treasures the have to offer, definitely go there if you're in the market for jewelry or coins, I've shopped other places but the service and sincerity are great, the prices are more than fair and they have things that I wouldn't have thought of. Go there to look around, I did and was pleasantly surprised. Thank you staff you were kind and helpful.

The most rude and condescending people I have ever dealt with. This is the business you are in and people come to you for your knowledge and advice and you treat people like they are stupid. Horrible!!!! What I recommend is finding someplace else.

I like this place, have sold gold and silver to here a few times, im pretty sure the guy that helped me the 1st two times was the owner and he was very nice and is always helpful and gives a pretty good price for selling gold or silver to them. The other guy with the hat and gaged ears is nice but a little confusing I think he was just tired or having an off day or something, he was very nice though also. Would come here again.

I initially went in to price out a laptop, was greeted by a woman. She didn’t work there but was helping out her husband that owns the store. After her husband (owner) was done assisting another customer I went to the counter to get more information on the laptop I was trying to purchase. My partner was looking at the guitars and made a comment on how nice the guitars were. I instantly noticed a stuffed animal hanging by a noose. I made a comment, “I feel bad for the hippo” the wife turns and says “That’s not a hippos that’s a monkey with his bling bling.” I am an African American woman and so is my partner and my son. Instantly I was uncomfortable and proceeded to leave. A monkey hanging by a noose symbolizes the hanging of African Americans. The owner didn’t try to apologize nor show any sympathy.
