I would recommend this place if you are looking for a fare price on a used vehicle. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The car I purchased needed gas and before I took it over one of the employees filled my gas tank.

Had a great experience purchasing a used car from here! The business office is a little tricky to find, tucked in the back of a parking lot. The gentleman that helped us (Vasiliy) was very kind, open, and honest through the whole process. The communication was great (always heard back via email or phone very quickly). And he had all the documentation and history (CARFAX, service records) for the car right away. Didn’t feel any pressure to purchase, there weren’t any hidden costs, and he was very patient. All told, it was a super smooth and easy process. Would highly recommend!

Took a while to get to this review, (life happens). But my husband bought a 2006 Lexus from discount motors about 3 months ago, and he absolutely LOVES his new car. It runs very well and has some really cool features but mostly, I want to comment on the great customer service at discount motors. I don't remember the gentleman's name, but he was very professional and accommodating. He had the Carfax information as well as documentation regarding the maintenance/ services done on the vehicle. He was very forth coming and was willing to negotiate to a great price. If you are looking for an honest used car salesman/business, definitely give discount motors a try. ;)

Much better experience than anticipated. Going there, the quoted price seemed too good to be true. The office was certainly a « no thrill » type for those expecting a fancy lobby. It is very informal and doesn’t look like a typical dealership.We came here for a good deal and left with a great deal. No back and forth price negotiations with an invisible top manager in the backroom. No receptionist. Before coming here we had 3 other cars to consider. We reached an agreement without stressing out. We were pre-approved by our bank for financing and we didn’t have a trade-in car. Eliminating these two considerations on financing and trade-in resulted into a most pleasant transaction experience.
