These 5 stars are for Brittney (associate on 6/6/24). Brittney was friendly and helped me quickly find what I needed. When the exact item I wanted wasn't in stock, she checked and within seconds was able to tell me other stores in was in stock at. She also showed me comparable products, which was great because it was a busy day and I didn't feel like going to another store. Her bright, welcoming personality was refreshing and she helped me get in and out quickly. Thank you, Brittney!

Non-existant customer service. Slow cashier.......on a Sunday only 1 register open. Soccer cleats all over the place, no rhyme or reason what is what or by size. What a mess. Better to order online.

Giving two stars because every time I come to this location the fitting rooms are absolutely disgusting. I hesitate even trying clothes on because it’s so bad.

The retail staff here is always super nice. I found them To be always helpful. The store is clean and well organized. Most of the time if I am able to find the item online they price match with the online price.

Horrible customer service. I usually go to the Issaquah location but wanted to see what this location had. I purchased 5 nikes no one stopped and asked if I needed help. Workers too busy having conversations with each other. Cashier *Y(not using full name) couldn't scan a bag of crackers instead of grabbing another she just looked at me.

Everyone that I encountered has asked me the lack of organization for the shoes. I asked an employee if they have the size I need, he scanned it and said there were 2 available but he didn’t help me find it but told me that it’s on the wall. On the wall there’s a bunch of boxes front and back, I had to search on my knees each row to find my size. Same goes for my wife she said that the shoes were unorganized and hard to find the model since it was placed in different spots. Some boxes were scattered for example ghost 15 were mixed with Adrenaline models. Overall at least the staff were friendly.

Store is a mess shoe section is unorganized. Will sell you mix matched items and won't rectify the issue. BEWARE!!!!!

The purest customer service ever. I spent 15 minutes at the shoes department and really needed help. No one showed up. I walked around and didn't find a single associate. It was only a few cashiers serving people in front. Huge store, no associates - is it a new way to do business these days?

Stopped by here midweek to get my daughter some soccer gear as this was the only store that had any cleats in her size and color in stock. Walked in and went straight to the soccer section and it was a mess! I walked to the front and asked for help. The front end manager (i think) appeared to be training someone and said she would call someone to go and help me. The person she appeared to be training, Ethan, took initiative and said he could help me! Great! Ethan was extremely helpful in assisting me with everything we were looking for...down to the pink socks!He didn't hesitate to ask for extra help when I asked him about how the shin guards should fit my little one. As a mother with her hands full I GREATLY appreciated Ethans help today. If he hadn't of spoke up, I feel like I would have been waiting in the mess of a soccer section there! T was also super helpful when I was looking around at some kids clothes and offered helpful advice when I asked about some pants. I understand how messy working in retail can be but I feel like someone there should give the soccer section a little TLC! They do have a great selection and service overall and I feel we will likely return.

Went in hoping to find some clothes for the new school year and I found these Nike sweatpants. As soon as I got home from purchasing these, I let them sit on my desk waiting for a outfit to match these with. Eventually, I found one so I went into the laundry room, read the washing instructions, and followed them accordingly. Remember I nor anyone had worn these a single time. After taking them out of the washer I saw multiple stains scattered across the pants. Extremely frustrating and I am taking them back in hope of a full cash refund or gift card. I will respond with the update when I come back from the store. Regardless of the outcome, completely unprofessional of Dicks Sporting Goods to sell them. Went in and they gave me a full refund. Glad it worked out.
