This review has nothing to do with the clothes, it’s the employees and the way they have the check out system, I thought I was standing in line, but after 3 ppl blatantly walked past me and didn’t even look to see if there was a line, and when I asked the employee where the line was she said to just walk up to any register unless another customer yells not to ….. like what?

I loved this store until when I asked why the plus size women’s clothing is just tossed on racks. We don’t get that consideration and have to go thru each item to find clothing in our size. The response is they don’t get enough to bother. Well there are at least 4 rounders of clothes. Maternity section has 1 rounder and it’s all separated by size. Why don’t you treat everyone equally @desetindustries? Do better!

I had a very unsettling experience at this store today. While I was in a state of undress in the fitting room, two gentlemen employees repeatedly knocked on the door and yelled at me, accusing me of "having too many items" and "bringing a cart inside"—neither of which was true. I hurriedly put my clothes back on to address the situation, but by the time I opened the door, the employees had already left. This was an incredibly uncomfortable and awkward situation. It would be beneficial for the store to train its staff not to harass customers in such a vulnerable position, and instead wait until they are finished to address any concerns.
To the credit of one member of staff, when I brought the concern to her attention she was very sympathetic and understanding.

My son and I are avid thrifters and this was our very first visit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store is exceptionally clean and organized. Great prices

Women of Puyallup, beware of this man! He wouldn't have done it to me if I was a man.
I was in the store today and was verbally accosted by him after he pushed his body between myself and my cart, and I said, "Really?" and he proceeded to curse me out. Several other women also witnessed it and were just as shocked as I was. I went to find a manager and was told, " Well, everyone's allowed in the store, so...." followed by blank looks. It was humiliating. I will never shop here again. As a woman, it is obviously not a safe place.

I thought I'd make a donation since I like shopping here. Big mistake. I brought a huge laundry hamper full of clothes and a few bags of clothes to the donation center. The person didnt greet me or thank me for my donation. He didn't even look at me when I handed him the items. The only time he spoke to me was when he grabbed the hamper out of my hands & dropped a few clothing items and told me they were OK to be left on the dirty ground.. Don't bother donating here, they don't appreciate your donation..

I loved this place not too long ago because prices were awesome. Times are hard right now for most of us so it was great to be able to get things that I needed for my son and I, plus more because it was so cheap. Now the last few times I've gone there I've left more empty handed than before because prices are almost retail price. I liked donating my things here because I felt it was serving the community in a way. Now I probably won't be back here since I live closer to good will and value village which are the same prices. Overall, the employees here are very kind.

LEAVE YOUR CHILDREN AT HOME, or so it seems because today I was chatting with a gal and while are children played with some of the toys while we chatted, a employee came up and gave us all a nasty look, a little while later another employee showed up and said are you planning to buy these toys to the lady that we were talking to, and she said no he is just playing with them but we are clearly buying some other toys he's just playing, he then told the lady that she needed to put the toys back and that unless we plan to buy them to not touch them, if you dont want kids touching the toys or looking at the toys please place a large sign above the toys saying these toys aren't to be touched looked at or played with until out of the store, on another note 7000 for a wheel chair i hope to god whoever put the price on it gets to heaven and he shuts the door on you and when you ask why he looks at you and says 7000 for a wheel chair you guys cant find someone in need that you could help out may the lord have mercy on your souls and im not even religious and i know that should just damn your souls disappointed i use to love this store but to watch the prices increase and then to treat people the way they did today im not sure if this place is where i wanna go anymore
